Wasn't compatible with my wife. Life became a mess and a shit show. She moved out this week and I've been freaking out and depressed but I know it's the right move. I just can't see myself in another serious relationship. I want to be financially successful and I want to raise my son right. Having another relationship will set me on the wrong path. I still want to date occasionally and have sex but it's not a priority for me. At all.

Intermittent fasting for sure. You have a window you can eat and a window you cannot eat. It did wonders for me. Now if someone gives me something to eat I just accept it and say thanks I'll eat it later lol

I'm 37 and recently single. Divorce will be finalized early next year. I'm excited to be single but the thought of entering the dating scene again makes me want to vomit with anxiety lol. I agree with this. Writing is good and totally healthy and you should keep doing it OP. But definitely keep it for your eyes only (and us if it helps to vent and need support). It's a tough time we're all going through. Best you can do OP is show her you can slay life without her. Get fit, get into hobbies, stay active etc etc. She'll soon learn she fucked up and probably beg to take you back. That's when you tell her to kick rocks lol
