Have you actually dated successful women? Boy they are trying. Not only on the job, but also at home, everything has to be done as she likes it. She decides what you watch on TV, what you eat and basically every disagreement becomes a power struggle. Its just not worth the hassle.

He labels it this way because he is a marxist/communist. He has conditioned himself to see a lot of things as class issues, so he sees class issues everywhere. I think he is right on the general view that this is about power though. The real issue is that mankind is usually just unsatisfiable and always wants more, regardless what it is. This is the problem you need to tackle first.

From my point of view, the very strong point this movie makes is that the lady herself was a strong feminist and had basically all her perceptions of the Mens Rights Movement and a lot of her world view challenged. If you look at the film, it is not necessarily so much about the topics itself (she talks with a variety of people), but about the personal journey that she is having, the confusion that she is going through etc. From this perspective, the documentary is quite powerful.

I have to disagree a lot. I know female physics who are excellent and let a lot of men behind them. The article itself aims at research and this is a different story. First, a lot less women study STEM fields and when they graduate, at least to my experience, they tend to go to the free market working in some big companies and ditch research positions, as the the latter are payed a lot less.

I did get your point, what you are saying is just a lie we try to tell ourselves in order to feel better. Even if you are well trained it is not hard to have a normal BMI. As long as you don't benchpress 250 lbs and deadlift 400, the "I am overweight, I just have a lot of muscle" argument is a nice lie we tell ourselves.

No doubt that muscle is heavier than fat. After all, if you are a regular guy that goes to the gym like 3 times a week and are overweight by BMI you are actually overweight. Look at the progress pic reddit, there are tons of really muscular people on there who post their fitness transformation. Most of them have a regular BMI. The "I have muscle therefore its natural that I am overweight"-thinking is a trap!

The Pareto Principle is a bitch. Opening up any market will lead to accumulating the good at the very top end (80:20). So in this case, no boundaries on sexual interaction anymore (free market) and the most attractive man get most of the market share. I know it sounds dumb but that is just how it is. There are studies that show that effect on dating platforms, this is the real life consequence. It will lead to violence, no doubt.

Why should it stop? In the end it is other people calling you/someone out on bullshit, what you are looking for is a way to say what you want and not be corrected about it. Historically marriage was a vehicle for the rich to bring together wealth of two families. Poor people getting married (which was like >98% of the population) wasn't an issue, they didn't have anything before. Todays world is vastly different, marriage isn't a concept for the 21st century anymore.

They did the same in Germany, where the Women National Football Team (World Cup Winner at that time) got a crushing defeat by a team full of 15 year olds. Sports is the ultimate testament for earning potential. If people are interested in what you do it will generate income for the players. If people are not interested, no earnings, no money for the players. And lets face it, women sports are so much less interesting to watch because it is slower, less powerful and overall less impressive.
