Interesting point and a very good question . Not sure how to answer that. Maybe it's a double standard. At the end of the day biology does dictate a lot but your point also stands as well. Look at nursery /kindergartens the majority of teachers are female even in our primary schools (4 to 11 years old ), the majority of teachers are female. I'm a colored man and I don't like the fact that intersectionality says that my opinion is worth more than a white man just because I'm brown.
