No men just accept this because they don't want to hear the barrage of high pitch squealing that is surely to come after his protest.

Its true, my mother was attacked by one before I was born. It still haunts her to this day.

The "anti-feminist lawyer" thinks that feminism is a religion. How can you take this man seriously let alone give him airtime?

Dude, you had a botched procedure. That doesn't mean that the correct procedure is bad. Get yo dick fixed sir.

I love it when guys open the door (or do various other favors for me). I love it when women open the door for me. I do nice things for other people, too. I'm sure you would, but that's not really what I was getting at. Sorry if this post sounded mean. Also OP, What fraternity are you in? I'm 2 weeks away from becoming a brother of Delta Upsilon.

I myself am a circumcision victim and have had nothing but trouble from it even since childhood but even moreso into adulthood. What trouble could it possibly cause you? I'm an atheist circumcised male. I'm happy with it and I love the way my penis looks. Uncircumcised penises look weird to me because they get too large at the head. Also you can't see the little dot on a circumcised dick. How much does that suck?

This is very interesting. If you want a cop out excuse then say your actions are out of respect for their pain of child birth. I can't really give a good reason why you should keep doing it, but my gut feeling says you should. P.S. I think some feminists/women wouldn't like this because it could be seen as oppressive behavior in a way.

What do false rape accusers get charged with right now?

You have a point. However, I feel like they should do jailtime and be put on the sex offenders list since they are a threat to any men they have sex with. At least men (or maybe women) should know what she's done to other men/women in the past

False rape accusers should definitely be put on the sex offenders list for creating a sexually based offense. Some would argue that they don't pose a sexual risk like a pedophile, but they do pose a risk of a sexual nature to innocent men.

Ok you are right about the long term effects of circumcision. however, in my opinion, I don't think circumcision is wrong if it is done painlessly and sanitary. TBH I thought FGM was alot worse than what I'm reading.

Ok I will concede this point if you show that 10% of uncircumcised women have never or are unable to orgasm.

I'm sorry but I presented quotes from wikipedia explaining how 10% of women cannot orgasm from sex as a result of FGM, and how others find it difficult. Please present a source that claims men suffer the same damage, in similar numbers please. Also, there have been no emotional appeals in my replies to you.

infibulation is a form of FGM. Also I'm tired of you picking one thing out of my posts to attack and dismissing the other points. All the other quotes I used were not related to infibulation. Please explain why these problems are on the same level with male circumcision. Also I wonder how male infibulation is possible outside of a fatal torture technique as you are closing the urethra which is responsible for peeing as well. Just wondering, not using this as an argument.

Ok, you are obviously not interested in seeking the truth if you just dismissed the rest of my post because you disagreed with my concluding sentence.

Food for thought, but if you polled men and women and asked them if they would want to switch genders, how many do you think would want to switch? Wiki quotes: Women who have been infibulated face a lot of difficulty in delivering children, especially if the infibulation is not undone beforehand, which often results in severe tearing of the infibulated area, or fetal death if the birth canal is not cleared (Toubia, 1995). The risk of severe physical, and psychological complications is more highl…

Stop downvoting people you disagree with. Thats not how this system works. You downvote when their comment contributes nothing to the discussion. Your reply satisfies this criteria. FGM is worse than male circumcision because its purpose is to dull the woman's pleasure. The cultural motive for male circumcision is a result of cleanliness in times when you bathed twice a year. If you simply read the wikipedia pages you'll discover many medical reasons why it is objectively worse. I'd take the tim…

LOL at you thinking that male circumcision is as bad as FGM. You are objectively wrong. He wasn't emotionally blackmailed. He stayed because he already loved his son. Its hard to abandon a child after raising it from birth for ~2 years.

The man raised that (what 2 year old) baby. He's a fucking hero. He loves that kid unconditionally and not because his genes are in him.

Not sure what the last half of your post meant, but titty twisters are not assault. It was a flirtaeous move and the woman didn't understand that AnnArchist had such abnormally tender nipples.

Well, there's no real foul cry over it because male circumcision is only cosmetic.

I was gonna make a long reply explaining why you should man the fuck up and operate within social norms and not legal philosophies, but I decided to let you be wrong on the internet. Also, you seem to be a douchebag.
/r/MensRights01/01/11 05:12 AM

No I don't think its fair to call that sexual assault. A man could put a woman's hand on his thigh, and its not sexual assault. The woman would probably just remove it immediately and it would never get closer to the groin.

Jesus, if a guy did that to a girl his life would be over. How do we still have this double standard in a modern society, and how do we fix this?

When a female is circumsized, they cut off parts of the vagina making it impossible for the woman to feel pleasure from sex. Culturally, men do this so that women won't feel tempted to cheat on them. Please reread my comment before you downvote.

My parents circumcised me and I have no objection to it. However, I do find it poetically aggravating that a permanent change to my body was made without my consent.

I don't think you can ever be jailed for a civil matter. You will be thrown in jail for not paying your child support. Since the court orders you to pay the mother, it becomes law.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
