Doesn't sound healthy or reasonable to me. Do you, though.

I'm glad you have a crystal ball that tells you exactly when and why the so-called "dead bedroom" occurs. It's an unreasonable expectation because we don't control everything about our lives. You could be injured and never have sex again. So no, I don't think it's a reasonable expectation because shit happens. Discussions had today can have entirely different outcomes 15 years from now.

Yes it is. I'm obsessed with things that work, definitely.

Yes, it is. Some form of therapy is always an answer.

No. There's not a reasonable expectation.

As with everything, IT DEPENDS ON THE COUPLE. There's no rule for this. I personally wouldn't be in a relationship where a party "DELEGATED" me household tasks. I'm their partner, not their employee. I swear, these posts read like someone who lives at home.

Lol. We don't agree. I think there's always room for improvement and tangible results. And you're whining like Dawson here. Just whine whine whine whine. Grow up Count Chocula.

Confirmation bias is a thing. I mean, do you. But a 4 inch deep vagina and 3 inch penis are perfect harmony.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 03:40 AM

We used to call posts like that MUD. Made up drama. Meaning, people post things on the internet to rile people of, stir the pot. It's why we all engage here. The problem is when people start taking internet MUD seriously. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 03:22 AM

The orgasm is the most important part.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 03:15 AM

2020 research says between 5.1 inches and 5.5 inches for dick length. The depth of the vagina is between 3 and 7 inches. So a 3-4 can still get the job done, assuming he also knows the benefits of clit play. Most women don't orgasm from only PIV. It's PIV + C + B + + + + +

You can always be improving yourself. There's countless opportunities for improvement. Usually, there are still things that can be done and are being avoided for unspecified reasons, ie therapy, platonic female friends, not obsessing over "attractive", etc
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 02:44 AM

Why is number of partners necessary information? Why not just ask, "what are your kinks? What are your hard no?" I

Engagement is the ring given when asked to marry. Wedding ring given on wedding day during vows/wedding ceremony. Sometimes, it's the same band. Depends on the couple, religions, and culture.

Finding someone extremely hot doesn't mean you'll want sex all the time.....
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/23 12:37 AM

It's related to the vibes of a business owner vs an entrepreneur who doesn't actually own shit but is between jobs and crashing on his friends couch. Type and size don't matter. Be legal and make enough to fully support yourself.

It's really frightening how many men here demand sex because it's what they want regardless of whether their partner wants it or not. It's quite horrifying how many men here feel like they are owed sex because marriage is involved. And that a woman should stay in a relationship where the other party demands sex. It's eye opening that so many here view sex as solely their pleasure vs a pleasure act between two persons.

Doctor Lawyer Business owner (not entrepreneur) C-suite Etc Do you personally value status in a man amd to what degree ? Yes, he must be college educated and doing what he enjoys for income Are men that use their status proactively to have sex with women considered low value to you ? No, go forth.

Completely agree. Some folks here, though, consider that "wrong".
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 11:34 PM

Today, I learned that some people think that disagreeing means someone was right or wrong. It's strange that people assume everyone will agree with them. And that being right is only done by agreeing to a specific thought, idea, or concept.

Sure, I care that the person I'm with is hot. But what's hot varies based on the individual. Muscles are great too but again, varies by individuals. Women are far more flexible in the way they care about looks.

So why not ask those questions?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 10:02 PM

So why not ask, "have you cheated in previous relationships? Or been cheated on?" Or "When did your most recent relationship end?" Why are those questions not asked?

level of experience What does this mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 08:31 PM

It's men and women who are in a society. It's not an only women problem. It's a societal problem because both men and women are contributing.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 08:26 PM

Sounds like a societal problem. Not a woman problem.

1

Is this a question for me or one that men ask?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 08:04 PM
1

From a practical standpoint the most obvious reason would be likelihood of STIs Why not ask, "when was the last time you were tested for STIs?" about likelihood of attachment to you compared to exes What? Having sex prior doesn't mean someone can't form an attachment.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 08:01 PM
1

Do you really not understand that statement? Really? Yes. I don't understand and I've asked you to explain it. Could you explain it please?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:51 PM

Right? Like...it's a non revealing question. I didn't ask his body count. Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:51 PM

it's too high What does this mean? someone does or has done is a better indicator of who they are than they say about themselves Is it? Because people change and make different decisions over time.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:50 PM

Okay, well, I'll assume less than 2 women and under 20 years old. Who you let into your pussies says a lot about you. And how many men you let into your pussies says a lot about you. Please explain this.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:49 PM
1

tells you if she is promiscuous or not How so? What does "promiscuous" mean to you? someone who's impulsive like that What do you mean? What are you talking about?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:48 PM
2

Who you let into your pussies says a lot about you. And how many men you let into your pussies says a lot about you. What? Every woman I've ever been with with any degree of seriousness asked me my sexual history. And I asked them. How many women is this? What were your ages? (I don't want to assume)
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:45 PM
1

How so? What exactly does it tell you?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:44 PM

want to know the number of partners Why? were just hook ups or not So why not ask, "are you a more relationship person or a causal sex person?"
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:43 PM
1

So why not ask those questions?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:39 PM
1

This is exactly what I think they are expecting
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:39 PM

Whether or not she cheated is another piece of information they’d want to know as well, Again, so why ask sexual history? Isn't the question, "have you cheated in previous relationships"? what do you mean those can be different things? I've had sex with boyfriends. I've had sex casually.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:37 PM

Omg. I'm so sorry you experienced that. How horrifying.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:32 PM

Body count, number of relationships mainly Those can be different things. Why not ask about relationships instead of sexual history? most men who care want to know those factors. I've only had men ask about relationship history.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:31 PM

The joke is because the post I responded to said, "separate ways". Hence the Journey song.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:30 PM

What information is someone seeking when they ask for sexual history? Number of partners? Sexual positions used with others? If a specific act was done with #3, #7, and #13 but not anyone else?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:28 PM

Most are children who haven't had sex or even been kissed. They don't have friends. And have zero concepts of human or social interactions with women. It's sad until it gets downright pathetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:24 PM

"Alexa play Separate Ways by Journey."
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:21 PM

So what are you expecting when you ask about sexual history?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:19 PM

I don't understand it either. Asking about STIs or kinks, that makes sense. A full sexual history makes zero sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:18 PM

Depends on how or what is asked. But typically, past high school, and certainly past 25, most people have had sex. So there's really no point in asking.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:14 PM
2

Fingers crossed your "a lot of male friends" end up single. Good riddance, they sound like trashy af boyfriends.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:07 PM

For the ladies, if a man checked off most of your boxes, but was blunt and asked about your past, would you be honest with him ? Why or why not? I'd honestly say that I've had sex before. What else is there to say?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 07:05 PM

Right? It's clear that those who think this is so abhorrent are either children under 18 or have had no relationships.

If you're ever in a long-term relationship, you might experience it. Especially if you have children. You'll definitely experience it.

Grieving and stress are "cannot", not "don't want to". No. People CAN, they just don't WANT to. It is NOT a valid fucking reason. It's absolutely a valid fucking reason. If I'm not hungry, I don't want to eat. who's willing to put up with that abuse and maltreatment, Lmao. Y'all are such drama kings. be alone Or be with a real, masculine man who isn't testerical about their partner not wanting to have sex
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 05:21 PM

I wouldn't be in a relationship with somebody that would just go without sex for 1-2 months without a medically significant reason Sucks for you. Such a limiting factor.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 05:18 PM
3

Yes, it is. Someone can not want sex because they are grieving. Someone can not want sex because they are stressed with work. partner is refusing sex because partner doesn't want to". Which is a valid fucking reason.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:59 PM

It's small dick energy to not be able to go 1-2 months without sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:54 PM
13

It's really up to the couple. I wouldn't be in a relationship with someone who couldn't handle 1-2 months of not having sex. It's a clear sign of immaturity, lack of respect, and all-around icky behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:49 PM

Even though men risk getting serious issues from abstentions longer than 2 weeks. Lmao. What the fuck. Y'all are unhinged.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:46 PM

Not having sex for a dozen valid reasons isn't neglecting someone. JFC.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:39 PM

She lost the desire for sex with him Because he was demanding and threatening. What is desirable about someone who is demanding access to your body? "sick to my stomach" is not about a method of approach, it's total disgust of a person. Again, because someone threatening and demanding sex is a fucking disgusting person.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:38 PM

What's confusing is your made-up stories. No amount of time is valid to threaten and demand sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:36 PM

No. It's on him. His threatening behavior ruined his marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:34 PM

Demanding sex is a fucking problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:25 PM

The only difference to the second guy is that he does not "demand sex" That's a pretty big difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:07 PM

What the fuck are the order of events?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:05 PM

You really think the woman would have gone after the first man if he just stopped asking for sex? Yes. Happens all the damn time.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:00 PM

And they continue to miss the point and wonder why the struggle with dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:57 PM

A man who help eliminate those pressures instead of adding to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:54 PM

The problem was that she wanted someone else. No, the ex husband and his threatening is the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:54 PM

Well why did she stop having sex to begin with? Probably because he kept demanding and demanding without listening to what she wanted. Who wants to have sex with someone who doesn't care about your sexual needs? Because I don't believe that's the real difference. I think the big difference is the mate. So you don't listen either. Just like the ex husband in the story.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:51 PM

Yes, these comments are so horrendous. so many guys legitimately don't seem to care whether the women actually enjoy the sex they're having Exactly. It's so gross and exactly why so many of them struggle. Sex is between two people, and both should be excited and eager about it. And if they aren't, there shouldn't be sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:45 PM

Ick. What the fuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:44 PM

Whenever I feel relaxed, without any burdens or pressure, it is easier for me to get into the mood. Her husband was pressuring her and adding burdens.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 03:41 PM

Reading between the lines, it just sounds like she got complacent with her first husband and stopped having sex with him Because it's not sexy when someone is threatening and demanding you do something. The fuck. How is this a question? oh wow suddenly the low libido problem is gone! Amazing what happens when someone isn't threatening you and actually respects you. Reading between the lines There's no need. She literally said, she wasn't turned on when her partner was threatening her for sex. An…

/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 06:14 PM

Up until the last few decades, we were all conditioned for a husband to work and a wife to do everything at the home. It's only been the last few generations where this is changing. It's why we see higher divorce rates in people over 50. And why we see women choosing to stay single over being in a relationship with a man who refuses to clean or cook.

It’s better to have a complementary plan ahead of time as to what you both should be responsible for prior to getting married (who’d have thought?) and stick to it Life changes. Constantly. You can't really stick to anything when it comes to the lives of multiple people. This should also account for income being brought in by each person as well as if one person works from home, for example. Again, this can change many times over the course of a marriage.

unfair to let a minority's actions define how an entire group is seen So take it up with the men who do those actions. The point I'm trying to make is that unfair generalizations and assumptions based on a small percentage of men's actions impact how people interact. You mean like this sub does daily about women? Idk, man, don't take it personally.

Just curious if there is any women who would chose the unsafe guy? No. But the single men here with limited experiences are the experts on female attraction. They've read shoddy research, and they've seen one Tiktok and a few Reddit threads. So obviously they are experts on women. /s

/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 04:14 AM

That makes sense. The living room is for everyone. Maybe if he didn't have two kids, he could have had it in the living room or another bedroom. Sounds like the consequence of his sexual actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 04:10 AM

Love it. Some strains are great for productivity. Some strains are great for relaxation. Some a good body tingling high. Some are more heady thoughts and brain ideas. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it before the age of 18. That said, I'm a cool aunt, and rather you do it with me at the house.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 04:05 AM

By not taking on the opinions and expectations of others. On top of being humiliated, embarrassed and ridiculed for trying. Where does this occur? Who does this? Remove those places/spaces and people. very hard not to feel bitter after never having any romantic interactions in your life Therapy due to certain traits that are very hard to control More therapy There are many therapy options with a variety of trained professionals.

No. When someone does something as a means of controlling, that is manipulation.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 02:35 AM

In the cases I see here, it is used to control others vs. doing it for yourself because you want to.

That this sub is hurting some men's abilities to have real connection, causal sex, dating, long term relationships, marriage, fatherhood, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 02:09 AM

No, make up isn't manipulative. You can literally tell someone has make up on. It isn't used to control someone else. It's used for a variety of personal reasons that benefit the individual.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 02:08 AM

Still no. None of the factors are the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 02:07 AM

My most interesting post idea is about how this sub is hurting single men, not helping single men.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:43 AM

Watching Tiktoks, taking a bubble bath, and hitting my vape pen while my partner cleans the kitchen + preps / starts dinner is peak post wall behavior. Ladies, never settle for less than your dreamiest, delusional desires.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:42 AM

Human complexities.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:34 AM

I've observed 3 key things that some men here are doing that are creating their own obstacles. 🐕 Obsessing over appearance and "looks thresholds". 🐕 Hating women and yet demanding them to have sex with you. 🐕 Thinking that one or two examples is a trend of all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:14 AM

How is dismissing someone's views manipulative? It's an attempt to control or handle someone else. How are women even manipulated into sex PUA, looks max, pretending to want a relationship but demanding sex first, expecting sex on the first date because he paid.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 11:03 PM

Men manipulate women for sex all the time. Many men here suggest manipulating women for causal sex. Many men here manipulate women by dismissing their views, insulting, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 10:48 PM

Ooh okay. Thank goodness for you to correct me. How I ever lasted in this world without you is utterly insane.

not appealing to masculine men. Perfect example of patriarchy harming men.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 04:19 PM

I am indeed a creature unlike any other.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 04:18 PM

so if you women aren't interested in you at all then that means you are ugly in their eyes No, it doesn't. It means that they aren't interested in you for probably a dozen different reasons beyond this sub's obsession with looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 04:17 PM

I saw your point. I didn't find it compelling.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 04:16 PM

Saying "patriarchy hurts men too".... Really seems to upset some men. I have no idea why they become so hemotional and testerical about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:57 PM

Ooh, the old "it's biology chesnut", lemme guess, you took one biology class in high school and have read some blogs about biology? In all that learning, you still failed to understand that the environment is important to biology.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:56 PM
0

Lmao. According to religious funded research with the goal of shaming folks for having sex. I think I'll skip that so-called data. In my lived experiences, it's the less sexually experienced ones who cheat.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:53 PM

Some of the men here act like women are supposed to be attracted to them simply because they are men. Or that if someone isn't interested in you, it must mean you're a uggo. It's such a self-made shame spiral. An example of how patriarchy hurts men, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:48 PM
3

Because women focus on the person, the character. Unlike men who, according to those here, only focus on a woman's appearance. Just because I'm a woman who dates men, doesn't mean I find every man attractive or really have a type. My type is man. And then everything else has to fall into place, ie I'm actively looking for a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:46 PM
3

Everyone is different. I'm not always aware of someone's appearance when I'm interacting with them. I'm just trying to order my coffee or food or buy something or just walk on by. I'm not single or looking, so I don't even really register someone's attractiveness. I just want to go about my day.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:43 PM
5

Absolutely. At my big age, everyone has had sex. I care about how he treats me and his commitment to our relationship. His banging other women before shouldn't have an impact on how he treats me or how he commits.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/23 03:41 PM
6

What does this teach us? It teaches us never to have children because they are ungrateful street urchins who will talk shit about you on the internet. Even fat, single moms can land a man with a genuinely good heart if they stop having absurd standards Your mom had high standards. You just don't see or respect her or them. Ick.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/23 02:25 PM
2

Where do stats say that avg men aren't dating or having sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 02:21 PM
1

I didn't conveniently do anything. I was focusing on the whiny comments made by men in this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 01:43 AM
1

Perfect example of getting in your own way.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 01:41 AM
4

So enlighten me.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 01:41 AM
2

I'm fussing over comments like the following.... Most women don't like conventionally unattractive men most people will never be attracted to them
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 11:41 PM
-2

Not at all. I just mean not cling to stats or refusing to try new things. Not obsessing over looks or status. Not limiting yourself. Etc
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 11:40 PM
1

Huh. Typos occur. I'm only human.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 11:31 PM

How is body positivity bitching about men's standards? Body positivity is for men, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 11:13 PM

Seems I have. So please enlighten me.

what can be changed for the majority of men so that they by default succeed Get out of their own way. Stop making up obstacles.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 11:06 PM

1 in 3 sounds like below average. Amount of men under 30 not having sex has tripled in the past decade And? Doesn't mean that average men aren't having casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 10:57 PM
0

Yes, avg men are having causal sex. could possibly mean Focusing on bullshit like "average men". Obsessing stats. Etc. Failing to make changes and instead just complain about women's standards..
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 10:55 PM
39

Avg men are in relationships and having casual sex across the world. Below average men who think they are average struggle to be desirable. Mostly because they won't get out of their own way.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 10:08 PM
1

I don't know why you continually push shit I'm just trying to understand your comment re "men don't need friends". I feel truly sorry for the man that you tricked into marrying you Because he has friends?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 07:05 PM
1

Man made issues indeed.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 06:44 PM
2

Okay, so why don't men need friends?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 06:40 PM

No one is coming to save a man Do you expect your friends to save you? Seems an odd expectation of friendship.

Men don't need friends Why not?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 06:10 PM

I honestly have no idea. I don't think they do either.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 06:08 PM

Sure, but I'm not a gazelle in the Serengeti. I'm a human capable of deciding if I want to reproduce or not. Capable of defining success on my own terms, not something tied to my ability to reproduce.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 06:08 PM
5

Did you understand where I wrote, "some men on PPD"?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 05:25 PM
3

Very true. I edited to better reflect PPD bros. It’s not even about sex and relationships: it’s about winning It is so sad to see it as winning to impress other men. Not even to impress themselves but other people, usually strangers on the internet.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 05:14 PM

I witness how every month: girl breaks up with her jerky ex (usually a kickboxer, footballer, athlete) says she just wants a 'good guy' who is more 'open minded' and likes feminine stuff, yet she ends up hooking up with his best friend/cousin (also a kickboxer, footballer, athlete). How do you witness this monthly? Do you think that athletes are incapable of being open-minded and good guys? Once again, this is an example of only looking at the surface level and assuming she picked the "same guy"…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 05:10 PM
5

Some men on PPD could solve so many of their struggles if they were actually friends to each other. Instead, it's a game of bravado/admiration and competition.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 05:07 PM
1

mating success Gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 05:05 PM

are about men being emotional and what happens And?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 03:45 PM

No. Isn't there a chance you could be settled for? Not really. People are staying single longer on purpose. 30s is a great time for love.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 07:02 PM

We had a blast!! And we got several compliments on our fits. It was so fun to do something that he enjoys and I'm whatever about. I love seeing him smile and letting out his inner child!

guys in the bottom 80%, No idea what that means. Nobody talks like this in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 06:50 PM
1

No idea what either of those things mean.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 06:31 PM
2

I just want one guy. Not 20% of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 06:26 PM
1

Why would anyone take the bare minimum when it comes to romance and sex and relationships?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 06:20 PM
1

So go for the 40% of women who don't? Why focus on a small percentage of women? Seems like a self-made obstacle to focus on a small section of people.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 06:16 PM
2

I had dinner waiting for him when he got home late after work last night. This AM, I put away the dishes from the dishwasher that he loaded. Put away the dishes he washed. I'm about to start laundry for our sheets, towels, and our clothes from the week. I bought us tickets to his favorite sporting event in some kinda fancy seats and bought us matching hats. It's weird that they demand housewives and then say women never doing anything for men. Don't they get whiplash from the contradictions.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 06:01 PM
1

Go look at any of the posts asking women what their type is I've seen them. I don't see the problem or anything particular "high standards" about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:56 PM
1

How he self describes compared to me. He's smart. But he would call me smarter. How would you quantify it?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:55 PM
2

I'll agree with that 100%. Notice how there's never any actual height requirements. Someone who is 5'2 would have a dude who is 5'8 still taller than her in heels. Or 5'5 woman and 5'11 man. tall enough for her in heels Which can vary in height themselves. Not all women wear 6-inch heels. Some like flats, so even a couple of inches feels taller.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:34 PM
1

Most women have height requirements for a partner, Not really.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:22 PM
1

No vendetta. I don't care about you, I just thought it was interesting that you consider yourself nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:21 PM
1

Yes, they seem really pressed that women would rather be alone than with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:16 PM

more simply it isn't really a reward Friendship is the reward.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:16 PM
1

Weird, I wouldn't call insulting people on the internet nice. And yes, I don't think I'm nice. I'm a bitch. That's why I love a nice guy. Balance. Behind ever Bitch Barbie is a Ken.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:13 PM

The obsession with the "top 20%" is the downfall of most single men here. The obsession with height is another downfall.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:11 PM
1

Nope. The 6 feet thing is a joke used purposely to reject unwanted men. It's the equivalent of a man calling a woman a bitch for rejecting him.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:10 PM
1

Do you consider yourself a nice adult?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 05:04 PM

How did you get that from my comment?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 04:31 PM

It makes perfect sense, not everyone wants to be a parent.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 04:16 PM

to go through psychological screening Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 04:08 PM

many of the women here need to read Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 04:07 PM

You know the outcomes when it comes to having male friends Yes, I've got some really great friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:58 PM

Yup, women feel entitled to be seen as humans and not just flesh puppets for their male coworkers one time enjoyment.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:39 PM
2

I love seeing my partner express his full range of emotions. Seeing him cry at a funeral, a silly cat commercial, or laughing so hard he's in tears, I love it. My heart grows every time he expresses his emotions through his eyeballs.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:37 PM
29

Ooh no, women want friends who are men. The horror!! The fucking entitlement of women wanting friends instead of men always wanting sex. that a lot of men are not looking for female friends Well, this explains why so many here struggle. What men get back is a friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:31 PM
3

I consider this beyond basic hygiene and wearing clothes. Those are bare minimum adult tasks. Take care of himself, to me, means he can make his own doctor appointments, can handle challenges that come up in life, i.e., a broken car with a calm level head. To me, it means he can buy gifts for his parents' birthdays and nurture relationships that are close to him. He can care for all parts of himself, including asking for help or directions.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:29 PM
2

The "top 20%" looks different for each person. My "top 20%" and other female posters here are going to have different ideas of what is physically attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:25 PM
1

Maybe stop assuming, and we can have an actual conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:19 PM

Are you serious Yes, a shower works every time.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:18 PM

They don't have the capability to grow only because they straight up refuse to. Sucks to suck.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:16 PM

Bro, again, I was specifically referring to the PPD space. It was an intentional debate choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:15 PM
2

Lmao. 🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:14 PM
3

You can spot "take care of himself" within a few moments of meeting.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:12 PM

I always preferred Leos for fuck buddies. Cancer and Aquarius for relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:10 PM
2

Yes, it does. All the time. I see it every day when I leave my house, when I talk with friends, when I conduct work, it's everywhere. Except this Bermuda Triangle of a sub. basically take no shit from anyone. Wtf physically attractive man, confident, A shower and a white tee does wonders, Dem Franchize Boyz taught my generation that. wield power at your job/career, Nope, just have a job that can provide for yourself and maybe eventually contribute to a joint household.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:08 PM
3

is taller Yes, but I'm short so it hardly counts more educated No richer No smarter No more social No Was there something you were trying to say?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:05 PM
5

Very true. And really they don't want to actually date women, they just want to admired by other men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:04 PM

I was specifically referring to this sub. Hence my post opening "PPD".
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:01 PM

As they should be.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 03:00 PM

Disagreeing with someone doesn't make me obtuse. 🙄 The statement doesn't make any sense. so by default I also became a moron in your eye Bro I give no fucks about you. I'll click post and never give you a 2nd thought.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:59 PM

Are there? Because I haven't seen any of those examples here. I don't think any of the single men here fit that description.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:53 PM
3

babies are everything, Lmao. No, they aren't. They are humans who should be wanted not forced upon someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:52 PM
3

It does. Every day. All the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:50 PM

PPD: women have such high standards Women's standards: be a nice adult who can cook, clean, take care of himself, and have some friends or hobbies, so she's not his only human connection. PPD: YOUR STANDARDS ARE TOOOOOOOO HIGH, LOWER THEM SO I CAN HAVE SEX WITH YOU AND BRAG TO OTHER MEN SO THEY SEE ME AS VALUABLE!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:41 PM
7

Because a baby is most precious, miraculous thing in the entire world. /s Really, because American society cares more about a pregnant woman, about the human potential inside of her, then they do the actual woman or the child. It's pretty fucking gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:37 PM
6

Wtf. No! It took me 18 years to get my tubes removed. I was denied multiple times because, "what about your partner?". 🙄😒 My choice about my body, my choice to have kids, is MINE and mine alone. This is fucking gross thinking. Getting my tubes removed was the best decision. No kids, ever! It's such a fulfilling life. permanent sterility should be a multiple step multiple person process No. It should be one person, and that is the person who wants permanent sterilization.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 02:27 PM
13

Have you never heard a man brag about himself before? Exaggerate for this audience? It's easy enough for one dude to hype up other dudes with bravado. The whole, the fish gets bigger with every retelling. 🐟
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/23 04:10 AM
6

By being born into a society where men have been providers for multiple centuries. It's been the last....what...50 years that strides have been made for women to earn their own incomes. Why don't you do some more math on what 50 years is vs 200+ years.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:45 PM
16

Ya I'm not really sure what's so enlightening about this data.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:36 PM
4

It's not. I'm curious the methodology but I haven't dug into it yet.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:31 PM
1

Yes, because that's how American society had been setup.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:27 PM
3

Okey dokey artichokey.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:26 PM
7

Nope, I do basic math all day. I am incapable of reading a statistic and drawing the conclusion that women get into relationships solely to be provided for. But hey, you clearly know way more than me about what women want.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:20 PM
8

I read the post and came to the conclusion that both people are contributing financially to the household.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:15 PM
5

So you failed to read this bit? Nope. I added 30 + 20. Because a 60% threshold to be considered a high earner is a bit bizarre. I haven't looked at the research methodology yet. So I'm sure I'll have more questions.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:14 PM
6

It means you're earning at least 50% more than the other spouse No, it means you earn 60% of the income, and the spouse earns 40%. Women seeking men that outearn them, because they want a provider But the women are contributing 40%. So how are they being provided for?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:11 PM
12

Ya 60% threshold to be considered sole is kinda ridiculous.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:07 PM
4

I read the post and asked a question.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 10:05 PM
12

So half of all childfree marriages, the woman is the sole provider? at least 60% of the household's total income. Doesn't really seem that big of a difference. I think this provides a compelling argument that the burden of childcare is NOT the primary reason for husbands outearning wives in marriages. What do you think is?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 09:57 PM
1

It's very peculiar. They'll screech at anyone who dares question their claims.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:59 PM
1

Not necessarily. My point was that wearing a pink dress doesn't make a man less masculine. I don't think anyone is suggesting that you must wear a pink dress to hit on women. I'm suggesting that if you're taking your niece trick or treating in a pink dress, you increase your odds of a successful approach.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:21 PM
1

Ya, I don't oppose that. So idk what you're talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:16 PM
4

For so many experts on what women want/act/desire, there's a lot of single men / multiple divorced men here. It's pretty impressive.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:15 PM
1

Alright. You're the expert on women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:14 PM

Might be better thinking than clingy to an OKC survey.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:13 PM
1

I'm an equal opportunity debater.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:11 PM

There is no sarcasm about a man wearing a pink dress to take his child trick or treating. There is no sarcasm about a man wearing a pink dress for a cause or to celebrate someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:06 PM
1

You mean, men leave relationships for celebrities?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 06:04 PM

strong women have high standards in the sub I don't oppose that.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:59 PM

Did she tell you that? Or are you taking a song written by 5 dudes as fact?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:56 PM

Yes, below average men should feel validated.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:54 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:54 PM

Lol. No, the majority of threads/comments are by RP.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:53 PM

And?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:52 PM
1

It's not emasculating to wear an article of clothing to a celebration, for a cause, or an occasion.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:52 PM

He's still below average and with someone who has greater status and money. He's hypergamous.

Did she tell you this?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:46 PM

It doesn't look like it worked that much if you see how much toxicity the average PPD user engages Is the avg PPD user "American left"? you my lady are no average user. Ew. And duh. I'm not a below average dude obsessed with a study from OKC and struggling to get laid. typical SJW persona and its more subtle forms Please explain
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:46 PM
2

Arianna Grande is a perfect example that looks don't matter. Her new beau is below average, and he left his wife for AG. If he can do it, so can the below average men here.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:42 PM

RPers are silent alphas Lol. What? No they are screeching here or on their little microphones. They have no time to whine and complain And yet, here there are on this sub daily.

Yes, he can.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 05:29 PM

Yes, they will because they'll see that you don't take yourself so seriously. They'll see that you're a fun person who will wear a pink dress to support a cause or celebrate someone or whatever.

want to know what masculine traits are women rewarding. Men wearing pink dresses. 💗 most leftist women want a traditionally masculine man Sure, but we define masculine as someone who wears pink dresses when the occasion calls for it.

apolitical straight men Like you said, they are so boring. No original opinions or thoughts. They just repeat Sports Center and news headlines they read while 💩.

TRP ideology - take accountability When? They never take accountability for raising their children. Zero accountability for the stale personality. No accountability for their poor behaviors. If they actually took accountability, this sub wouldn't be so active.

Be direct. It's the masculine way. Too strong = walking up to someone and say "let's fuck". Or continuing to pursue if body language is closed off and not engaging. Desperate = the guy at the bar after the lights come on who is trying to talk to every woman still left.

Men's problems are their wants not being fulfilled Most accurate thing I've seen on this sub. Men whine and screech because they want sex but can't get it from Stacy. Everything that they whine about women is their own pathetic projections of things they want but can't get. They are the ones who have been Stacy widowed and have to settle with someone "ugly".
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/23 03:40 PM

They don't want children. They want to be overlords.

Thank goodness for internet lawyers. The internet lawyers know all the details. Internet lawyers don't have boats, though. They are far more knowledgeable than the ones we interact with in real life. People of this sub consult an internet lawyer today! And then, right after, speak with an internet doctor. No more paying for someone's real expertise. You've got internet now!

/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 01:58 AM

Who is rewriting community property or family law? Courts let individuals do whatever you like with their separate property. Neat. I have no idea what this has to do with my prenup comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 01:57 AM
1

There's always physical proof. Just a matter of spending time and money to get it. Well, someone's attorney would have the burden to prove it was a friend or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 01:23 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 01:18 AM

I'm working on our prenup draft and including some silliness. I added some details about divorce parties, coordinating outfits, and snacks. But it's mostly standard stuff like separate lawyers, how stuff is split based on years together, and reason for divorce, etc. Getting all this ready to send to our legal team for a full draft. I had way to much fun working and researching this.

Slut shaming is a societal concept that has been around for a few centuries. disclose their sexual history history to every guy they meet? "Hi, I'd like to order a McDouble, but first you should know I've had sex with 12 men. Could I get that without tomatoes? Thanks".

It means that we work for some 50-60 years, so their current salary isn't as important as their values to work hard. I met my partner in our 30s. I have more education than him. We made about the same when we started dating. Both incomes have increased. I make more. I only cared that he could financially support himself. Like I was financially supporting myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 02:08 PM

Nope. The promiscuous people I know haven't cheated. The people who have cheated were chaste religious people.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 03:46 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:49 AM

That are basically ppd women Oh no. We lost a random debate on the internet.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:48 AM

And have been misreading each other since the dawn of time.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:47 AM

Yay more hypotheticals
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:44 AM

Well, technically, I'm reading. But sure.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:43 AM

I believe you called me autistic for asking you to explain the difference. So you attempted to insult me while I was trying to understand what you were saying. It's weird to insult someone because you can't define your own concepts.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:42 AM

Who?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:41 AM

You've already said that debt is trashy, so no take backs. Homeownership = trashy according to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:41 AM

They are inherently obvious to the non sperg. Lmao. Attraction is never defined here the same way. So it's clearly not inherently obvious.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:40 AM

Okay, so being a homeowner is trashy.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:38 AM

Uh huh.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:37 AM

What did you say? Perhaps I misunderstood.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:37 AM

Eat your yoghurt What? Huh. So you can't explain it. 🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:36 AM

It's not really a great insult. Honestly, men's insults are generally lackluster. They often result in laughter instead of hurt feelings. Just ask Wilhelm Frick No idea who this is. You've just called them subhuman and destroyed their argument at the same time. Nah. People just look dumb and like they can't explain their concepts.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:36 AM

whether she parties a lot and drinks if she does So now women can't enjoy alcohol or socializing because she'll be considered a slut.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:33 AM

Seems like it would be an easy enough explanation.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:32 AM

It's strange how often someone will use "autism" as an insult when asking someone to explain what they meant. People come up with their own definitions and then expect everyone to agree. For example.... Having debt is trashy You're only attractive if you evoke lust in every person Something something "high n count bad"
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:30 AM

What's the difference?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:27 AM

Either way it’s her fault! Uh huh. It's always someone else's fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:20 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 01:18 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:29 AM

It's so sad. RIP good guys. *
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:28 AM

Those definitely weren't good guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:21 AM

I was asking you. And it seems like you can't define "classy". It's all good.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:09 AM

Okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:08 AM

What are those consequences?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:07 AM

It is truly fascinating the made-up concepts I see in this sub. Thank you for sharing this riveting story.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:03 AM

There's hoes and housewives Lol. No, there's not. And this is another example of how people make their own obstacles.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:01 AM

Where did the good guys go?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/23 12:00 AM

Trashy traits: prefers short term benefits over long term benefits, What benefits are you referring to? indebted Huh? married and divorced while kids were young, Interesting. where did the good guys go I'm wondering the same myself. Where did they go? Don't want to educate trashy people on how to act like classy people. Oh, so the list doesn't exist. Thanks.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:56 PM

I'm simply going off the comments I see in this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:52 PM

Seriously. They literally are scared of other men and then expect women not to fear men.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:50 PM

What?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:44 PM

Right, but they are making sluts and then dismissing them. So...not only hypocritical but the direct cause of their unhappy and rage filled single life.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:43 PM

to have a considerably high n-count What numbers are we talking here?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:41 PM

Can you share some classy and trashy traits?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:40 PM

Seems weird to hate women who have sex instead of hating men who have sex with women. Like the idea of "pumping and dumping", is men choosing to have sex and that's all because she's not xyz. But then they just "ruin her" for all other men simply because they don't want her so they make it so someone else wouldn't want her either. So again, men causing their own obstacles by being slutty.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:36 PM

How do you define classy? How do you define "trashy as fuck"?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 11:16 PM

My apologies, I realize you had all the answers.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 10:53 PM

Do you stop having guys hit on you? How exactly do you do that? There's lot of ways to reduce or stop having men hit on you. How do you stop putting in effort when your part in the dance never required any? Weird thought process. What exactly does that entail? Usually, no more apps. No more approaching dudes. Putting yourself in situations and spaces where you won't be attached. If a guy who is everything you wanted before shoots his shot Depends.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 10:42 PM

Right? It's so fascinating.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:51 PM

How do you think people got into relationships or marriage without dating? People who have successful relationships have advice that is "garbage"?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 09:51 PM

why are we Who is we? Men on this sub or men who aren't chronically online?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 07:38 PM

I'm actually not married.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 07:08 PM

I don't like naive takes on sex and dating from people who have been married 30 years. Idk if all the married people here have been married for 30 years. I didn't even get with my partner until I was 32. And we haven't even hit a decade yet. So.... Some of us were dating within the last few years.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 06:34 PM

I want others to find the kind of loving relationship that I have. I also tend to disagree most with those who are self described RP. Mostly because they seem to think that something mystical happens to women after a certain age or for having sex. But I'm pretty here to observe and share that love + relationship happiness is out there. For those who want it anyway. Seems like a lot in this sub want to wallow in their rage from a girl rejecting them in 2015.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 06:30 PM
-3

Men struggle on dating apps because their profiles and pictures suck. Their messages also suck. And mostly, because women aren't really on dating apps anymore because....there's too many men who present themselves poorly. HTH.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 06:24 PM
7

To be arousing to a woman, you literally need to be above POTENTIAL average Nope. Just regular dude with a job, hobbies, friends, a nice smile, and kind eyes. Most men fit in that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 05:43 PM
1

That's not how averages work. And catch up to what? OP can still get married if they so wish. They also have dating experiences. They described a few in their OP.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 04:24 PM
0

But having no relationship experience at 24 will definitely be seen as a red flag to many girls Nope. It makes perfect sense why he hasn't and many other 20-24 year olds are in the same boat.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 03:23 PM
5

Depends on the reason why. You don't need experience to get experience. What you laid out seems reasonable and common for others in your environment. I'd think many people are dealing with little experience due to the pandemic. Also, never having a girlfriend isn't a huge deal at that age.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 05:38 AM

I'm in romantic love. And many of my friends are too. One of my friends just celebrated 15 years with her husband. Two other friends found love post divorce. There's lots of love around.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 01:48 AM

Idk maybe discuss pay at some point during the arrangements if you're not prepared to pay for the person you invited out. I get the sense that if a guy didn't pay, you wouldn't sleep with him. Yes, but not because he didn't pay. Because his attitude sucks so I'd assume he's a poor lover.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 01:20 AM

Mrs. Manners says the invitor (whoever asks) pays for the invitee (who gets asked). And really, a man paying has really no impact on if I decide to sleep with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/23 01:04 AM

No, I don't want children. I'm attracted to ambition and desire a partner who wants to work, create, learn, and contribute to the world.

To look at other clubs and groups at college. Look at TAs and such. To not hookup, if not comfortable. To ask out guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 08:41 PM

Nothing. People would still pair up based on compatibility.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 07:08 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:55 PM

Smoking this AM in honor of America's best and favorite president.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:46 PM

Oh, bet. Already done.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:45 PM

Ya, same, men can't even adhere to 'easy' and basic masculine traits.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:44 PM

There's a lot more nuance for feminine than this sub would admit.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:43 PM

I know, and that's what makes it all more hilarious.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:33 PM

Best answer yet!! Something practical. Instead of vague descriptions and wild ass assumptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:32 PM

Lol. Uh huh. Sure, pal.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:31 PM

The sub will say the hourglass is feminine and coveted. But that's over the alloted 120 lbs. So....your friend is correct. Seems like some people here don't really know what they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:31 PM

How do you define "long hair"? Idk what super short hair cut you're referring to. Like Jamie Lee Curtis? The opposite of what exactly? The butch lesbians I know are feminine af. So... I'm not really sure what this means.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:29 PM

Oh, that's easy. Already do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:27 PM

Finally, someone who can answer with actual descriptions. All these men commenting and none of them can provide any descriptions beyond "skinny". 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:26 PM

Not gonna click on that. Hooray for your friend. If feminine = 120 lbs, I'll pass.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:24 PM

Lmao. What?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:22 PM

For what? I asked about feminine. Turns out it just body size. Apparently, 120 lbs. Which is kinda boring. I'm a little disappointed honestly, was hoping for something fun. Not that I should go back to skeleton status. Ick.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:22 PM

That's fantastic for your friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:18 PM

Apparently, femininity is just the body. That's it. Lol. That's disappointing. Was hoping for something, actually fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:17 PM

Of?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:15 PM

Okay. Lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:10 PM

What does "slim/fit body" mean? And don't give a BMI chart as an example. Because 120 lbs is unhealthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:06 PM

Ah my apologies. Every adult says it doesn't matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:05 PM

They probably got tired of everyone saying it doesn't matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:03 PM

What makes a woman feminine? Give me all the details. What should I wear, what should I say, how should I style my hair. Tell me how to be "feminine".
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 06:03 PM

Idk I'm awesome, oh wow, like totally ratchet, and fun, and sexually experienced, and cool, and super pretty and just everything a stable, grown ass man wanted. He wanted me. He got me. 💗
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 05:42 PM
4

I ended up a regular, attractive guy. He's not quite as educated as I am. But he's smart, talented, ambitious, kind, and wonderful.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 03:57 PM
3

It usually is if you have proof....
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 04:45 AM
-1

What point? That he's a typical 29 year old man? Halo effect What is this?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 04:41 AM
0

next without a LTR. How long is LTR? He's 29. What do you expect from a 29 year old male?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 03:56 AM
-2

Pete Davidson seems like any avg 29 year old. who can't hold down a relationship. Idk what this even means.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 03:50 AM
1

Agreed.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 03:04 AM
2

This is amazing.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 02:07 AM
4

I've dated a lot, for <20 years. Lots of single years. Lots of committed years. So much of what I read here is really self-made struggles and hyperbolic fantasies. It is interesting to read, though. I do wonder how my perspective would change if I didn't have as much experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 02:06 AM
2

cause deep down you agree with me? Nope. Not at all. Could you at least let us know what will happen...."in the end"?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 12:40 AM
5

Will being high tell me "the truth"?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 12:23 AM
3

Men don't want kids because other men are creepy?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 12:09 AM
5

Because they in the end know the truth... that it in fact matter. Oh no, another vague threat. I'm so scared. 😱
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 12:07 AM
3

Right. Exactly. It's all the vague threats afterward. Like get some new material.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 12:05 AM
3

Idk the same reasons it's always brought up.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/23 12:04 AM
2

The hotter the dude the more useless? I'd agree. Himbos are useless.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:59 PM
3

Social = society. Not just your social circle. But how society (social) view the act. Ie women who have ONS are sluts. And men who have ONS (with women mind you) are the fucking man. 🙄 Comments in this sub all the time imply that a woman who has a ONS is a lecherous whore slut who doesn't deserve anyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:44 PM
1

No they aren't.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:35 PM
1

I'm a woman, and I'm saying they are expected by nature of being in an adult relationship. Good luck out there!
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:35 PM
2

What's up with my partner paying for the occasional $20 manicure? Y'all just sound broke. What's up with that?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:28 PM
2

Ick. Nope.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:27 PM
3

Right? Like people who make <$25k have a higher degree of separation? Obviously. Is this news?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:20 PM
5

Explain what? Poverty?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:18 PM
1

Completely different lifestyles. Ick.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:15 PM
3

Does losing weight pay my rent? Does behaving "feminine manner" pay for groceries? Having a job is basic adulting. Having time is a basic thing of relationships. Expecting an adult to have a job isn't anything outrageous.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:10 PM
1

more attractive, more youthful, more fun to be around, genuinely likes him and is a virgin/low-n Again nothing in common. Nothing is appealing about this.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:08 PM
2

Why would he date a 20 year old that he has nothing in common with and who isn't on his level like the 30 yo woman? Ick. I'd be horrified if any of my 30 something friends tried to date a 20 yo ick.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:02 PM
5

Sometimes, it's challenging to have conversations about adult topics with people who aren't adults. For example, money. Money matters because, as an adult, you use it to pay for rent and food and your needs. As Cardi B taught us, "broke boys don't deserve no pussy." So money isn't so much an individual requirement as it is a collective requirement (because living costs money).
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 11:00 PM
3

Time is literally a requirement for a relationship and is very basic. Money is also a requirement for adulthood and thus relationships. There's nothing basic with expecting a man to be able to provide and care for himself.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 10:52 PM
1

And women can choose to be interested or not. Nobody deserves anything from a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 10:49 PM
0

Seriously. And then they wonder why they don't have success. They forgot to focus on the things that actually matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 10:48 PM
3

That he brings his own resources and time. And that those things aren't a matter of attraction but basic adult expectations.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 10:18 PM
1

Both can be true at once. Feminine is related to innocence.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 09:10 PM
2

I met my current partner through work. In fact, I've met most of my long-term partners through work. I've also met partners at bars, clubs, volunteering, in school, and through friends. I've tried online dating because I got too many unsolicited dick pics and angry men. Ick.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 09:09 PM
5

4 things make a man attractive. None of these things are what make my partner attractive. Two of them are things I EXPECT in a relationship, i.e., resources and time. I EXPECT any man I'm in a relationship with to have his own resources to bring and bring his time to our relationship. But those aren't about attraction those are just standard adult things.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 09:06 PM
1

Okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 09:04 PM
-1

No. Lol. That's not how it works.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 08:25 PM
5

Yes. I'll keep repeating.....attraction isn't the first or the only thing in dating. How you make someone feel (safe or even horny) matter most. What's attractive is subjective. Focusing too much on attraction is causing so many obstacles.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 08:03 PM
2

Alright. Pimps and sugar babies are different.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 07:48 PM
2

Yes, for many people, feminine = innocence like a child, i.e., someone "pure", untouched, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 07:47 PM
1

Why? Being a sugar baby is much easier and very little effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 07:03 PM
1

Okay. Lol. They are more timely and current than something from 30 years ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 07:02 PM
0

Completely agree. Fat in this sub is anything over 120 lbs. Fuck that. I'm not going back to 120 lbs, I looked sickly. Not healthy or attractive. And plenty of people fetishized me at that size and ick, no thank you. I'll take my "Reddit fat" any day. Attracts a much higher quality of man.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 06:31 PM
3

Lol. That show is OLD. Watch Sex Life of College Girls or Emily in Paris or something new. Not something 30 years old. Wtf.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 06:27 PM
4

I'd give her a high five and some tips to make the money last + get more without sex. Get that schmoney!
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 06:21 PM
9

Yes, it puts you at risk of being taken advantage of. Only because people assume feminine = innocence. Yes, you can be feminine AND enforce your boundaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 06:18 PM
1

It's ironic that those friends tend to be shitty people. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 06:15 PM
0

Agree, guys who don't have some kinda of friends are red flags.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 03:29 PM

Or guilt you into having sex because they have "needs" but don't fulfill yours in return.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 03:54 AM

Definitely both. Don't settle for less.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 03:41 AM

My definition of a high value man... 💓 Doesn't expect sex immediately 💓 Gain fully employed ($50k minimum) 💓 Cook + clean 💓 Loves to travel 💓 Values education 💓 Enjoys conversations, debate, and being challenged
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 03:09 AM
6

Yup. Not sure what this has to do with the value of conferences to someone's career.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:30 AM
9

Oh, I hadn't realized that there was only one conferences and one thing to learn at them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:24 AM
-1

Huh sure.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:18 AM
17

Conferences don't teach anything that would be used in a clinic setting. Have you been to a medical conference?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:17 AM
11

Yes, even doctors who work in medical groups or hospitals. Also where does the boundary of family and money sit ? That is up to the individual to decide.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:16 AM

Thank you!! RIP Nat
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:15 AM
1

Lacking all those things makes someone socially inept. Men need to work on forming friendships and not putting all their hopes and dreams on women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:13 AM
18

its for learning. Staying up to date in your field is what keeps you earning more money. So yes, a doctor will earn more money because they go to conferences.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:09 AM

accurate rating This place isn't accurate I get it plenty of validation for my appearance. Thanks for looking out though.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 02:04 AM

Yes!!
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:54 AM

Nah i don’t know what u look like but you fall into a 10 Thank you so much! 💓

"Something beyond your control is a red flag" is a really interesting approach to dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:47 AM

I'm a 10.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:43 AM

Robert didn't get played either. He had a great relationship with Tiffany. They ultimately wanted different things and he ended it when he got a job offer in another state. They ended things amicably.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:36 AM

Only virgin men deserve oral
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:34 AM

Thanks for clarifying. Seems like love bombing and a red flag.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:26 AM

commitment rong What's that?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:23 AM

Do you put yellow flags on men with ONS or FWB experience?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:22 AM

Men who don't perform cunnilingus 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Run away, ladies. If he's not licking you and expecting you to lick him, run!
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:19 AM

Steve got the casual sex he was looking for that night. Tiffany was attracted to Steve. She also got the causal sex she was looking for that night.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:12 AM

Lmao.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:07 AM

Lmao. What?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:07 AM

other hand punish the men you supposedly like. How?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:04 AM

Except you don't like them and don't want a relationship with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:02 AM

Ew.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:02 AM

So is kissing you like tasting all previous womens' cum?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:01 AM

I told him the sun was getting real low. He's a softie.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:00 AM

But what about the women you have sex with who you don't like?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 01:00 AM

Nah, I disarmed whoever was holding
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:59 AM

What? This doesn't even make sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:58 AM

How is this different than having sex with a woman you don't intend to have a relationship with?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:57 AM

Nope.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:55 AM

Trevor didn't care about her past. He had a past of his own. He was secure in himself and his lovemaking. 🍆
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:54 AM

Neither. I don't like their other attributes.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:52 AM

Lmao. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:52 AM

Trevor is very happy in his marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:46 AM

I've actually dated a pro athlete, and yup, he also was okay with exclusivity before sex. Sure, some guys won't wait. And that's the point. I wanted a high-quality man, and those are the ones who wait. Not some flash in the pan "Chad".
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:44 AM

Ick. I'd look very unhealthy at 114 - 126 lbs.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:40 AM

Oh no. 😩 Just switch to easy mode.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:35 AM

Only virgins can have skittles and pasta and lobster.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:33 AM

you will almost certainly need to sleep with him before exclusivity if you want a relationship. No. That's never been the case for my relationships. And I've had several. Eventually he met a girl he liked who gave good BJs and they’re gonna move in together soon Good for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:33 AM

PSA sex isn't going to be the same for every partner. Meaning, the timelines aren't going to be the same. The act itself isn't going to be the same. The future isn't going to be the same. Example: Tiffany had sex with Steve, who she met that night at the bar. They'll never chat again. Months later, she meets Robert, and they wait 2 months before PIV sex. They date for 7 months. A few weeks after the breakup, she meets Joey and they quickly begin a fuck buddy situation that lasts about 3 months. …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:31 AM

High value women. High value women = capable, strong women looking for equal partnership.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/23 12:21 AM

Anyone deserves if it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 11:43 PM

I hear they call this "simping".
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 11:19 PM

Anytime, any person says so.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 11:18 PM

35+ ain't what it used to be. Lol. But this woman is bat shit. And horrifying. Everything that keeps popping up is so gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 10:57 PM

I take care of myself, go to the gym, study and have a fulfilling job but i simply cannot get a date." Does he have friends? Does he have a social life? Does he just study and work for 5 years? Lower my standards? Ewww, i am not going to settle!" Good. Don't settle. Require exclusivity before having PIV sex. Build intimacy in other ways. 😉
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 10:48 PM

Women have opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 10:44 PM

I got approached at the grocery store this week. I'm generally always approached unless I'm wearing my armor. I thought it would stop with age....because "the wall"
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 07:16 PM
3

Like I said, men should work on those barriers to emotional intimacy between men instead of relying on women to fulfill all their needs.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 07:12 PM
5

Seems like male friendships should include those things so that there isn't so much pressure on women. Seems like men need to figure things out amongst themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 06:50 PM
4

Women aren't putting all their happiness into one relationship. They diversify and have multiple fulfilling relationships. All with varying degrees of intimacy. My friendships include hugs, tears, laughs, advice, tough love, support, more hugs, sleepovers, etc. A romantic relationship is nice and desired, absolutely. However, this romantic relationship must add to someone's life. Not be a drain or demand or drab.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 06:31 PM
5

My partner chose to date/marry me, and I'm childfree. He assumed he'd have kids because "that's what you do." And then he fell in love with me and the idea that you don't have to have kids to have a fulfilling life.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 03:38 PM

Women’s egos are enormously inflated ATM. How do you mean? In what ways have they changed?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 07:03 AM
1

Depends on your her interests and hobbies.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 05:39 AM
1

I actually do want to know.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 05:38 AM
-2

I completely agree with you!!! The concept doesn't exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 05:32 AM
2

What kinds of trouble?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 05:29 AM
3

Is this a word problem? I don't really understand. What happens if a man doesn't have an "Average Adam"?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 05:04 AM
2

The purpose can be whatever a person wants to be. We've already established that there isn't consistency. People have sex with people they don't want a relationship with.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 04:55 AM
1

Re your edit.... Not everyone someone has sex with is someone they want a relationship with. Men do this, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 04:22 AM
1

Absolutely. Causal sex or waiting for sex are consistent with my values on intimacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 04:08 AM
1

So many of these Hallmark Christmas movies have a plot line about fathers who abandon their families.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 03:55 AM
2

<8 times total isn't a really a ton of time. A month isn't really much time to lose. Waiting to have sex assures me that there is relationship potential.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 03:54 AM
1

Completely agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 01:22 AM
1

Are they not available on a streaming platform?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:59 AM
1

Ah I love that. ❤️ Hmm... maybe we'll go see that tomorrow. I don't think I've even seen an Indiana Jones movie. 😐
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:58 AM
1

Neat.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:33 AM
9

You is a horrifying tale of lengths NOT to go to.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:30 AM
3

Women sacrifice jobs, promotions, and fancy homes in Hallmark movies. Sounds like you should watch more romance movies.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:28 AM
1

Sounds lovely!! 😍
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:23 AM

Also gonna blaze, keep watching Hallmark Christmas movies, and work on a puzzle.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:18 AM
1

Oh nice. How you gonna spend the day?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:17 AM

Yummy!! Enjoy!
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:16 AM

What are your Saturday night / Sunday morning plans?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/23 12:09 AM
1

I read the post in question. I don't see what's cynical about the situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:48 PM
1

Yes, typically, people choose a partner to build a life with. Seems weird to get upset that someone loves you and wants to build a life with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:38 PM
1

Like why would he give a shit about your sexual needs if he’ll never see you again? Sex is the best when it's enjoyable for both parties. Sex is more enjoyable for both parties when you care and consider someone's sexual needs.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:19 PM
1

WHY?!
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:13 PM
1

Seems like it. Which doesn't make sense because they all ultimately want a girlfriend. It's like they are insulting their future selves.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:12 PM
1

I kinda want the Barbie Xbox.... It has its own Barbie Dream House. 3 gaming consoles seem like too much for one household. 🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:10 PM

I'm sure you do. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 11:07 PM

It will impact women in 20+ year marriages who most likely haven't been in the workforce for the duration of their marriage. So congrats on affecting grandma not getting alimony. 👏🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 10:57 PM
1

Good for you!! It's wild that some people expect a virgin to have sex immediately. Like....wtf.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 10:00 PM
1

Oh yes! We see these comments daily.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:19 PM
1

Umm... some of us like lists and do actually write a physical list.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:13 PM
1

Isn't it. It's so embarrassing. She had options, picked you, tells you regularly how she loves you, and wants a family with you, and you leave her because of a text from 3 years ago?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:08 PM
0

Wow, really just making stuff up and running full speed ahead. 😳
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:07 PM
1

Not the same thing. Find another job. Everyone is fucked, not just this couple.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:06 PM
1

What amounts are you referring to? How much do you think sugar babies cost per month?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:05 PM
1

For sure. It's wild how they defend the honor of men who are throwing tantrums or a discussion that happened 3+ years ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:03 PM

Weird analogy. He was the sensible choice because he was attractive and good in bed.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:03 PM

Is that stat specific to Florida? It's my understanding that this law is specific to permanent alimony. So, not all alimony. There's still durational alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and bridge-the-gap alimony.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 09:01 PM
2

What money? The post just said, "stable job".
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:58 PM

Lol. First, he's a simp, now he deserves better. The whiplash is something else.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:56 PM

This is the way.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:51 PM

If I actually like someone, I'm more likely to weigh my options. I'm gonna put a lot of thought into someone I actually like.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:49 PM

According to this sub, I've discovered: Any man in a committed long-term relationship = simp Any man who contributes to cooking, cleaning, maintaining a household = simp Any man who runs errands = simp
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:48 PM
1

Money and status are what y'all focus on. Seems like any guy in a relationship is a simp. How will my partner ever survive if some dude on the internet thinks he's a simp?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:41 PM
0

Exactly!! He probably did the same with his friends. What a wild reaction to leave your pregnant wife because you saw a 5 year old text that said, "I'm choosing him because of his qualities."
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:38 PM
1

Oh no, you caught me. I love to brag about my partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 08:33 PM

So he's mad because he's short and old? Seems like he became the first choice. Huh. Interesting example.

Lol. Idk much about Florida, but.... this seems like it will end up hurting men more than protecting their wallets. Because no more alimony for Florida Man. Hooray for the men who make less than $50k and won't get alimony from their much higher earning partner.

Does that happen frequently?

Exactly. A castle sure. A single family home in the burbs? Hard pass.

No. They are feminine.

We talk a lot about wealth and status. What does that actually mean? How much wealth? What kind of status? ‼️‼️‼️ For me, I look for wealth in the sense that someone can financially plan + care for themselves. Had potential for growth. $50k minimum salary. For status, it was important to me to find someone who was active in their community, who was a leader. Ie business owners, community leaders, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 07:07 PM

They weren't marketed or labeled as being romantic. 🙄

No. I don't really think of him at all.

Yup. They always end as just being regular every day couple with no status and no money.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 06:53 PM

Not Another Teen movie is satire. Like Scary Movie. 50 Shades is Twilight fan fiction. Twilight isn't why I consider romance so much as just vampires. Divergent series also isn't romance movies....those are dystopia stories. So....maybe you've just never seen an actual romance movie.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 06:52 PM
21

Do you watch romantic movies? Because....I haven't seen what you described. I'm watching one right now. She's a top interior designer. He's a cabin builder. They'll share one kiss in the last 5 minutes. What women find romantic is getting to know us instead of trying to just fuck us.

I've been fired from jobs before, so how is that easy mode? My menstrual cramps are at a 10, and that happens every 28 days like clockwork. I'm nauseous. I'm in pain. Is that easy? Men on the internet love to call me names and insult me for anything and everything. Maybe this is the ease you're referring to? 🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 06:45 PM

Cool for you. I was referring to your comment about "women's sexual over indulgence." That's not really.

Enough to pay for multiple degrees, 6 figures, and study stuff that made me employable. The recession has already started. Student loans aren't the cause of the recession.

I've never seen a woman commit to a man she doesn't lust after. I've only seen this theory in this sub. I'm not at all convinced it even exists or happens. ETA- sexless seasons are part of any long-term relationship. Some days, my hormones aren't interested in sex and a book sounds way more appealing. Some days, my hormones only want sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 05:39 PM
4

Well yes, it's silly to say. You can't over indulge in sex the same way you can cake.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 05:34 PM
8

The photo you linked is what I'd consider a himbo. Those are easy enough to find at a club or gym. Now, would they satisfy me? Probably not. Himbos aren't the best in bed. The fact that it's easier to find men is because y'all are outside every day looking for puss. So it's easier to find y'all. Women, on the other hand, aren't that easy to find unless you know where to look.

Yes, Eat the cake and ice cream. Be lazy and rest by watching Netflix. Everyone deserves a little downtime. Enjoy the casual sex. Life is all about moderation. Don't restrict yourself so much that you don't get to enjoy cake, a good restful binge, and maybe some casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 05:01 PM

What? Should? The example provided was about someone in the military. They made themselves gud.

Everyone is a victim of The Patriarchy ™.

Shitty people don't happen in a vacuum, though. That's the point of acknowledging the patriarchy.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 01:58 AM

That's not a struggle. Lol. That's a poor choice for your dating strategy. A self-made obstacle one could say.

Is this sub a representation of "most men"?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 12:26 AM

My partner surprised me with some treats from Target. So excited! A new record, a new puzzle, pudding! And some other goodies for my period. Sex is cool and all but a partner who looks out for your needs is top-notch.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 12:22 AM

Nope. Still relevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 11:58 PM

Maybe most men in this sub.

Socioeconomic status is far more valuable than wearing a dress or cooking.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 11:53 PM

What is "fat" in this context?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 11:11 PM

Yes, dating failures are due to knowledge gaps, self made obstacles, etc. I'm not sure what other domains you're referring to.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 10:38 PM

I mean, yes, in women to women circles we can trauma dump on others. This happens a lot in women bathrooms at bars and clubs. But we also have to tell people, "save it for your therapist".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 10:29 PM

Okay, so I'm just thinking real abstract here. I saw you said that you'll hit yourself or you'll moan or something..... For hitting, maybe a squeaky toy in your hand, if you can grab one. Might help, if you can grab something. If you can't, maybe there's a silly phrase you say before or after or during, if you have capacity. I hope that makes sense. When I briefly babysat a kid who experienced similar. When he would moan, we would also moan or howl. I remember once standing in line at Walmart, w…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 10:27 PM

There's differences in sharing about your day and trauma dumping or anger issues or whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 10:10 PM

That's not what I'm suggesting. I'm suggesting to make it work for you by thinking how you could reduce the feeling that you "scare" people. Idk what that looks like. But you could figure it out. Maybe it's a joke or a phrase or a silly sound or an item or whatever. Idk. I just know I have a friend who works with folks to empower their sensory issues. I'm just throwing out ideas.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 10:05 PM

Their experiences of being at home? That's certainly an experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:58 PM

Sure, but couldn't you spend time learning about how it impacts you and ways to make it work for you and your goals?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:57 PM

Doing it for decades can make it pretty dramatic. Example of being a therapist. Would be like someone punching a wall because they got mad at a video game and their outbursts of anger are frequent, and then expecting your partner to calm you down. Or obsessing over a work event or family drama to the point it becomes unhealthy. Essentially, using your partner as an emotional dumping ground or pouncing bag.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:56 PM

What have they observed by not leaving those house? Hyperbolic internet fantasies?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:35 PM

Why can't you put effort into your autism?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:33 PM

Always? Nah. I preferred both depending on my needs and circumstances. I'm pretty sure I dated both at 25. (Not at the same time).
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:32 PM

They do and they did.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:31 PM

Consistency, depth, and type of content, are things that come to mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:30 PM

Like I said, hard to have empathy for someone's struggles when they don't have empathy for yours. Instead, it becomes oppression Olympics of who has it worse. So once people are able to give empathy, they'll receive it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:27 PM
2

A majority of the comments here use height as a character trait.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:17 PM

Good luck!
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:15 PM
-5

But it seems like some people are in one, and still, the relationship ends. So, cleary height doesn't help with relationship retention.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:13 PM

Being therapist = above and beyond emotional support. This can look like dealing with trauma, uncontrolled anger, etc. Emotional heavy lifting = remembering his family's birthdays and what they like to buy gifts. Remembering dates for annual check up or things like that. Knowing what food sensitivities are in the household.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 09:10 PM

What exactly is "true loneliness"? Broke guys use women as wallets. Happens a lot. In most spaces (work, in public, etc), women are discouraged from showing feelings. What are you talking about? I'm suggesting it's hard to have empathy for the aforementioned "mens issues", when someone doesn't have empathy for someone else experiencing those same issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:59 PM
-5

Yup. Seems to me that height doesn't keep people in relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:56 PM
1

So...to me, this means that height doesn't keep someone in a relationship. That's my takeaway, at least. Maybe I'm misunderstanding your intention.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:55 PM
5

Agreed. They don't actually want any women. They want a very specific, made up woman. It's their own making unfortunately.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:53 PM

Loneliness, dating struggles, being used as a wallet, being told to be more open with your feelings but being made fun of if you cry, man up/you're a man, violence between men, etc< Women deal with loneliness, dating struggles, being used as wallet, being told to not show feelings, being told to get over it when you cry, violence from others, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:50 PM

No idea what this has to do with crop tops in da club. But alright, that's cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:48 PM

I mean, ya, why don't men shower and groom themselves? It's amazing how attractive someone is when they shower and groom themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:47 PM

Well, I think if men were empathic to women who also deal with those things, then the feelings would reciprocate. It's hard to give empathy when it's not received back.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:46 PM

One person isn't a reflection of an entire gender. Two people aren't a reflection of an entire gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:20 PM

Men's issues such as?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:12 PM

Yes, dancing in a crowded room is sweaty, so I'm gonna wear something easy to move in. What's the issue?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:11 PM

Dating isn't job searching. They aren't comparable. That's apples to cats.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:08 PM

I never suggested you did. What about folks protesting outside?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:56 PM

I don't think most people go around saying, "I've got a burning desire for that person."
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:45 PM

Life seems better when you're enjoying it first and foremost. Fitness isn't as important as just being active and moving your body. And I'd encourage any woman to do more than just "tag along". That doesn't seem very fulfilling.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:44 PM

Omg. Yes. Please ignore us. 🙂 Thank you for this PSA.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:32 PM

I never suggested you needed an English degree to be "good at English." Yes, I'm surprised to see you shit talk English majors when you're speaking English on a platform designed to read and write English. I'm still not seeing "entitled brats expecting you to subsidize them."
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:27 PM

My guy, all federal education loans are forgiven after 10 years or 20/25 years, depending on the loan. This includes STEM degree holders as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:15 PM

I take it you don't go to museums, listen music, watch television, play video games, read books, visit parks or libraries? I'm surprised to see you on a platform, using English, and trying to tell me about historic events around student loans. The irony. 🙄 You should really get off Reddit if you find those and other degrees useless.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:11 PM

Ah, thanks. I misunderstood. It is sad that it still happens. 😔
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:05 PM

What are "shitty/useless majors"? You realize that there are already loan forgiveness programs in place.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:05 PM

Exactly, that's not fat. According to this sub, anything over 120-150 lbs is fat. I've never had anyone look at me and "damn you're fat". My doctor even laughed when I asked her if I was "fat".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 07:04 PM

Generally if someone isn't having success at something they should use some self awareness. Is them, is their strategy, are they focusing on the wrong things, are there knowledge gaps, are assumptions being made, are they creating their own obstacles. Most of what I see here is hyperbolic fantasies and made up worst case scenarios and self made obstacles. If you think all women are thots and unfaithful, that's all you'll find. If you think women only date 6'3 dude, that's all you'll find.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:57 PM

You want to be a parent at 15?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:50 PM

What poor choices are we referring to today?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:49 PM

I'm considered "fat" by this subs silly standards.... I've never had a problem dating up. My options actually increased with weight gain.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:46 PM

Tum tum tum tum tum
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:25 PM

What is it like?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:25 PM

Butterflies are just excitement, nervous, etc. I get that feeling for all sorts of things romantic and non romantic.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:24 PM

Neat. Idk what "very entitled people" means..... But you tell em tiger!
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:11 PM

I don't think I've ever looked at someone with "burning desire". Feels like a romance novel description of lust.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:10 PM

Alright. Thanks for the heads up.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:08 PM

Ah....so breathing is all it takes. Noted.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:07 PM

They can sue or sign rights away. If this "conception deception" is so common there would be the equivalent of ambulance chasers law firms. But generally and family lawyer can sue or help with signing away rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 06:06 PM

Crime? Are we charging sharks with homicide? But it's not everywhere. So again, women don't have more reproductive rights than men. Where are these men who are victims of "conception by deception?" Why aren't they suing or signing away their parental rights?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:58 PM

That's cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:57 PM

Women can't get vasectomies.... For women to get sterilization is a whole process that often results in denial or unable to find a surgeon in network.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:56 PM

What does shark tanks have to do with reproductive rights? Exactly, like I said, women don't have that right either. 😒
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:51 PM

But she's not here and you are. Are you unable to answer?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:46 PM

Women don't even get that....."conception involving consent". How frequently do women still sperm from condoms?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:45 PM

What do you do to keep her happy?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:37 PM

What reproductive rights are you seeking?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 05:33 PM

I have plenty of fond and funny stories from my 30s. I'm still in them, and we're still doing something worth telling about. Same with my friends and peer group.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 12:30 AM

This has to be my favorite comment ever.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:37 PM

Huh, interesting. I'm gonna try this. See if my partner would hand me sex if I stopped showering, eating well, dressing nice, and taking care of my body.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:35 PM
2

Depending on the services and economic levels, it is free for men as well. Obviously, from your list, healthcare & education are really the only ones that men would even need. And if you're in America, healthcare already sucks. And for an education, there are loans and other funding sources. Not to mention that women also pay taxes. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:33 PM
2

Can you explain what privileges you're referring to? Are you suggesting that having a vagina is a privilege?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:27 PM
2

Can you explain how or when I would have been handed sex? I'd love to better understand. I'm all about checking my privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:26 PM
3

Birth control isn't free. Healthcare isn't free. Abortions aren't free. Education isn't free. Tampons aren't free. Some clubs do have ladies free before 11. Childcare isn't free. Are there occasional services for lower economic folks? Yup. But those are often on a sliding scale and still not free. Sometimes, but if it's free, you're below poverty. So yes, some things are free for any being below poverty level.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:24 PM

Who is this guy? What's his job? I don't think missing out on building a network and friendships and having experience is discipline.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:21 PM

Lmao. Uh huh. The "man cold" says otherwise. I've never been handed sex. Does it come on like a platter? Prepackaged?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:18 PM

Never going to parties doesn't seem like discipline or work ethic. Idk who the dude you're mentioning is.....but he sounds boring af.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:10 PM

I've never had anything handed to me. Where do I go to get things handed to me? Menstrual cramps are worse pain than heart attack pains. Not to mention the accompanying nausea, headaches, and other body pains. Oh and let's not forget that our hormones change daily. I'd love to see a man deal with daily changes in hormones and menstrual cramps.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 11:06 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 10:38 PM

I know very few women who enjoy rougher sex. There's nothing pleasurable about being Jack hammered in missionary position.

How often do men look like Quasimodo?

I don't see how fillers is supposed to make me lose faith in humanity.

Nope. They seem to really just want a flesh light.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 09:16 PM

I think people are likely to be attracted to people they connect with. Which isn't reliant on appearances.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 09:14 PM

Simply, as a woman who primarily dates men, I'm not attracted to every male. That's not a threshold. That's just attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 09:07 PM
1

It's not the same thing at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:54 PM
2

Average. Though, do people track online dating as a metric for determining how average someone is?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:42 PM
2

Not really. Are those supposed to be examples that make someone lose faith in humanity? These just sound like people living lifestyles that you deem worthy of judging.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:40 PM
3

Aw this is so cute. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Thanks! 😊
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:39 PM

It doesn't mean that they should be taken as a gold standard. I'm gonna trust my lived experiences over one person online telling me "I have a looks threshold". When really they just are talking about being attracted to someone which isn't really a threshold so much as not being attracted to every being with genitals you desire.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:36 PM

Saying someone sucks is bed isn't a comparison. It's a statement that someone sucks in bed.

Lots of links. Lol. Like probably 20 years' worth of links. Enough links to counter 20 years of conversations with women, offline and in person. It's easy enough to teach a guy who doesn't get you off. If they aren't willing to learn, they can get to stepping. No comparisons are necessary.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:19 PM

Wait, what?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:16 PM

How is it that they are all dating someone currently who is better than all of their exes in every way possible?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:02 PM
1

I haven't heard that phrase. Hence why I asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:02 PM
2

Okay, cool. Lol. Is this supposed to convince me of some massive phenomenon?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 08:01 PM
1

What's "tutorial mode"? Pre-Tinder was MySpace and before MySpace was AOL/MSN chat rooms.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:57 PM
0

Lol. Half the comments here claim things that never happen. And I'm supposed to take two "women" as proof? Maybe younger generations weren't taught that someone might not be who they say they are online.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:56 PM
1

"Better"? Like in contexts? I'm in my 30s....so just generally most previous boyfriends are in a better place than when we dated in our 20s.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:54 PM
0

Huh. Fascinating. I'm not even online dating or single, and there's still a constant stream of male attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:50 PM
1

Competition? How so?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:43 PM
1

What does it do?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:43 PM
2

Yes. We talk about the book. Some brief shares/updates about life.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:41 PM
5

Seems like folks here really think women compare and contrast sex partners. Like we carry around a clip board ready to rate them. I mean, sure I've seen a Tiktok or to doing this as a joke. But it's certainly not common or even really discussed. I've never heard a woman proclaim, "oh I wish my partner would jack hammer me like the guy who took my virginity." BFFR.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:41 PM
1

"Done better"? Like what? And yes, the men they are dating are the absolute best and most charming. That's why they are in a committed long-term relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 07:39 PM
1

Is it unlikely? Because I see it all around me. It's only here that it's said it doesn't exist. And then I go look out the metaphorical window and see the opposite.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 05:54 PM
2

Because only men can categorize women. Only men are allowed to have demands and expectations. /s I agree with you. It's weird to get mad when they do the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 05:45 PM
2

Yes. Why wouldn't he? Because I've had sex before, he's somehow less special?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 05:39 PM
1

No. I'm not typically attracted to my friends. I have friends, who are guys who I'm not attracted to and vice versa. And I date guys who I'm attracted to.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 05:34 PM
1

Huh. I dated a lot and enjoyed causual sex. My current partner is the best because we are in love, respect, and admiration. I love him so much that I gave up my "lecherous ways" for a life with him. His sex skills and his enchanting charisma is what made me want to build a meaningful long-term relationship with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 05:30 PM

DM and ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 01:40 AM

There's something nostalgic in blowing smoke through a toilet paper roll stuffed with dryer sheets. 🤣🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 01:40 AM

Are they? Idk. That hasn't been my experience. I wasn't complaining. I stated an observation.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 01:33 AM

Do you have an example?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 01:31 AM

What? I've dated lots of short men. So couldn't be me.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 01:31 AM

Matters the most.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/23 12:10 AM

So much of the thoughts and themes here are just various forms of "entitlement". There seems to be an overwhelming sentiment that being attracted to someone is all it takes. And if you're attracted to someone you are entitled to something from that person. There's a ton of generalizations that happen based on a handful of personal experiences, a few Reddit threads, and some online dating study.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 11:46 PM

Is the tall man with an ugly face nice, kind, and caring? The shorter man with a more handsome face rude, boring, and angry? I'd bet my left ovary that focusing on appearance means you're missing the qualities that the tall man has over the shorter, more handsome king.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 11:27 PM

Traveling isn't a red flag. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 09:46 PM

Ooh I see, you're a troll. Lol. Got me for a minute.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 08:24 PM

You asked if I was a Twitter link.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 08:24 PM

No idea what this is.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 08:13 PM

No, I'm not a Twitter link. Thank you for checking.

Is This Normal: Judgement Free Straight Talk About Your Body
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:42 PM

How is 2 months strange? She didn't do something different than she said. She did EXACTLY what she said.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:41 PM

What does "try" mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:37 PM

Stuff like what needs to stop? Do you have examples where men aren't retaliating with more violence?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:36 PM

In the 2nd example.... She didn't do something else. She got into a relationship, 2 MONTHS LATER, when she was ready with someone she was interested in. How long do you think it takes to get ready for a relationship? She did exactly what she said she was going to do. Get into a relationship when she was ready.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:35 PM

But what does that mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:31 PM

"Won't make it easy"? What does that even mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:22 PM

I absolutely care about male victims of violence. I don't think that particular essay was that compelling. I do agree that in cases where both parties are being violent, they should both be arrested. The example in the essay you linked wasn't compelling enough on men being arrested more. She slapped him, and so he hits her 3x? And that's the example of a man being mistakenly arrested?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:21 PM

I'll ignore your first example because the rules require me to be civil. For the 2nd example, again she said what she wanted and then acted on it. She's not obligated to get into a relationship with you. You can not be ready for a relationship with someone. And then be ready for a relationship with someone else. That's literally dating. It's not proving anything. Yes. She didn't get in a relationship she didn't want. And got in a relationship with someone she did want. So based on these examples…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:18 PM

Why should sex be "easy" to obtain? So any guy who doesn't have sex with a woman immediately is a simp? And any woman who has sex immediately is a slut and not worthy of a relationship? So many contradictions to keep track of.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:13 PM

What makes "mediocre pussy"?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:12 PM

A very interesting article indeed. I'm not sure I agree with your conclusions.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:09 PM

I'm not just eating for when I'm bleeding but during the full 28-day cycle.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 07:03 PM

Do you have an example? My point is that their actions match their words. Some people are just too focused on the appearance to see that the actions match their words.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 06:51 PM

What's a "simp"?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 06:50 PM

Do you have an example of what you're describing?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 06:49 PM

Different things need different resources and training. I'm not really sure how this ignores male victims of murder in your country.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 06:37 PM

Lmao. Omg. Sorry! I'll rephrase.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 06:21 PM

I'm beginning to get the sense that comments here only focus on appearance. So they'll say things like, "watch what she does, not what she says she wants". Because they only see the appearance. They don't see the qualities. They just see that the guy looks like ________ and say, "see, she didn't want someone loyal and kind". Meanwhile, the dude is loyal and kind. But they're so obsessed with his appearance they completely ignore any qualities. And we see this in how women are described here too.…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 06:19 PM

Eating for my menstrual cycle makes for some interesting breakfasts. Today's was half a turkey pattie, guacamole, half a cucumber, and sunflower seeds. Balanced hormones = banging body

Work on your social skills. Build confidence in your appearance. Do you look good in the color blue vs green? How is your posture? And work with your strengths.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 03:02 AM

I've wanted my fallopian tubes removed for 18+ years. I'll be screaming about how happy I am for a long time. Because it took a long time to get here. If sharing happiness is scope, well, so be it.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 11:33 PM

Lighter in the mental sense. Like that nagging feeling of potential pregnancy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 11:23 PM

"Scopey"? I'm not familiar with this word. ETA: oh the banned word. I've wanted my fallopian tubes removed for 18+ years. I'll be screaming about how happy I am for a long time. Because it took a long time to get here.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 11:22 PM

3 weeks since having my fallopian tubes removed. Feeling lighter and sex is fantastic, knowing there's no chance of sperm reaching one of my eggs. Best sex ever. 🫠😜🤤
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 11:16 PM

Short and square, slightly soft edges.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 10:52 PM

I haven't settled down. I'm still having fun. I did spend ~20 years trying to figure out who I was and want I wanted out of a relationship. Took me about 10 of those years to find it. There was no coasting. A lot of rejection and heartbreak. So much rejection and heartbreak.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 10:47 PM

I've gotten 5 compliments on my red nails today! 💅🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 10:30 PM

"Hundreds of options"? I don't really think so. It took nearly 20 years. So I wouldn't exactly call it a cake walk.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 10:16 PM

Huh okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 10:14 PM

It doesn't come as easy as breathing. Dating is HARD. Romantic success isn't anyone's birth right. Bffr.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 09:49 PM

Obviously, I'm not taking it seriously. Bffr. I'm calling out the absurdity of their revenge fantasies.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 07:36 PM

Idk. Folks here are pretty insistent.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 07:31 PM

Yes, typically, those are markers of financial abuse. I don't know the scenario to answer your questions. But many would consider what you described as financial abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 07:24 PM

Every day, I read comments that I shouldn't be happy. That because I've had sex before no man will want me. That I'm beyond the wall, so man will want me. That I won't have desire for my partner because I used it all up before him. That I'm "fat". And the list goes on..... I'm eating lunch and just so happy and in love. I'm so glad I didn't let all the rejection and heartbreak get me down.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 07:20 PM

I'd say she's a victim of financial abuse.

Making friends. Being social just to be social and enjoy friends.

Okay. I know several non religious men who want to get married some day. All over 30.

What year was the data collected?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 02:32 PM

Depends. Sometimes I like dive bars, sometimes I want a fancy cocktail bar. I don't necessarily consider "travel" to be the "finer things".

He's always down for a dance party. 🕺
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 02:22 PM

I think most people still want to get married. Just not necessarily by 30 like in previous generations.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 02:05 PM
1

I'm asking WHY you think that.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 04:36 AM
1

Why do you think these people will never marry?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 02:54 AM
15

There's no rush or incentive to marry before 30 like there was 30 years ago. I believe they'll all marry, eventually. Even Leo. If we're using celebrities as a barometer, George Clooney married at 53.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 02:12 AM

Can you use verbs or values or attributes to describe "alpha women" or "alpha men" in this context? I'm not understanding your response.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 12:48 AM

Always.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/23 12:34 AM

Again, it was an example of how "Google it" works.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 11:40 PM

My approach was always rooted in expectations. In that vain, I found them similar. Courting is just slightly more intentional and strategic. For me, it was all about making sure both parties were interested + committed to seeing the relationship to marriage. This also meant that time together was also different. For me, it meant waiting to get sexual. It also meant talking through money management. Future goals, lifestyles, expectations. I'm childfree so that was always discussed early. When I w…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 11:10 PM

What is a giant red flag? A woman making more than you?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:59 PM
14

Lol. No. Education and financial independence aren't the reasons men are lonely. They cause their own loneliness by never participating in social circles.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:47 PM

That's not that life I've experienced. I'm constantly surprised by people. Instead of thinking that I know everything about them because I saw something on the internet one time. The guy I knew with a lifted pickup with a Jesus fish and camouflage was the leftist person I knew at the time. Of course there's nothing wrong with looking for a compatible partner. Looking for a specific pattern and ignoring everything is going to reduce your opportunities. But that's your cross to bear.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:43 PM

It's like 4 points away...... And a game of telephone. Point is, that Googling it was easy enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:33 PM

This is me.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:23 PM

For the record, I was able to find the stat that you referenced. First hit on Google after typing in "31% of men virgins". Was easy enough to find.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:22 PM

Okay cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:20 PM

Yes, the arm massage is the best part.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:18 PM

I didn't realize you lived with your partner
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:17 PM

I'm not even on Twitter. But okay..... What is ignorant or inaccurate? Yes, it varies from state to state. Is there any state that is more than 6 months of training? Are there education requirements? So you're comparing a time you paid off a police offer and a time you were given a warning. And those are supposed to be examples of the best darned trained police force in the world?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:15 PM

How do you know that her "opinions on home life" would be different? So you think that a woman making more means she looks down on her partner? Again, that all sounds made up. It just seems weird to me that y'all discount people because they don't fit your very very very very specific prototype.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:11 PM

<22 weeks of training is "most well educated/ well trained in the world." Less than 6 months, and that's all it takes to be the most educated and well trained?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:05 PM

Alright. I love all these male experts with no work experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:02 PM

Okay. Well. That's that. Here's your cookie 🍪
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 10:02 PM

Manicure doesn't mean long nails. Plus, I love doing all the things men here hate. Means they won't bother me.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 09:56 PM

No. I usually say it when the conversation is pointless. If someone wants to learn they'll do it without my hand holding.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 09:55 PM

Google "wage gap usa". Google "wage gap by race usa" Maybe you'll have different luck with different search terms.

Lol what? 😆

Telling who? Are you suggesting my partner pays for all my manicures? Lol. Because that's cute. Y'all really just make up everything.

I didn't want to get it. You seemed to have already made up your mind. I'm not gonna spend energy having a discussion with you about it.

I have a few questions before I can formulate my view. You say, you see this in reality? Where? How? Can you show me an example? I haven't seen this in reality. Hence why I asked where are y'all learning this from. 🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 04:22 PM
2

Strange indeed. I'm still waiting to hear where y'all learn or see this happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:56 PM
3

It's all related. Has everything to do with your post.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:41 PM

I never found it delusional. Me and my partner are each other's perfect partner lookswise. I think he's the best-looking man I've even seen. And he thinks I'm the best looking women he's ever seen.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:33 PM
2

No. Because their son isn't perfectly normal. And the mom wishes she did better?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:29 PM
8

Where do y'all come up with these scenarios? Because in the next breath, you're telling women they will die alone with their cats. And in another breath telling women they are only good for their bodies. Talk about being used. Sheesh.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:27 PM

Wear red lipstick, red nail polish, and have as many of my tattoos showing as possible, and start the conversation off with either my education or my recent international travel.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:23 PM
1

Never said anyone was. Just said it's weird that men turn down women who desire them aka "pump and dump".
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:01 PM
1

Elaborate which point?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:00 PM
0

I don't understand how someone can receive someone's desire and then turn around and shame them as not an option because they acted on their desires. It's weird how frequently men turn down women who desire them for women who reject them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 05:07 AM
3

I don't think it's a matter of "like" so much as..... Attachment styles, traumas, resentment.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 04:41 AM
2

It's still offensive online.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:38 AM
8

Asking using online dating is also fucking weird and not appropriate. Wtf.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:22 AM
8

Thank goodness for your permission.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:21 AM
11

Nope.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:17 AM
5

No hate here. I just prefer different choices.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:13 AM
7

Yes Why the af would you ask a woman what she weighs? If a man ever asked me that on a date, I'd stand up and walk away.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/23 03:12 AM
1

The evidence isn't better or disproves anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 11:25 PM
1

Our realities are very different. Data from reliable sources doesn't discount or really disproves my own experiences. Really, it just adds another lane.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 08:21 PM

Verbal and nonverbal communication.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:42 PM

What purpose did it used to serve that it doesn't anymore?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:34 PM

Great. So you don't have to get married. I'm just happy that people can, if they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:34 PM

The person who is creating a high stress or dangerous situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:33 PM

Okay, so don't do it. Lol. Social media has been around for maybe 20 years. Weddings have been around a lot longer.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:31 PM

Relationships are difficult to end, no matter what. In the meantime, relationships can provide support, resources, and companionship.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:28 PM

Not always. And really. It's not the divorce but still the parents. Bad parents will be bad parents regardless of marital status.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:27 PM

Lol. Okay. And I know 2 guys who didn't lose half their shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:22 PM

Again, in high stress or perceived dangerous situations, someone might not be able to communicate successfully.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:20 PM

Because dressing up and parties and celebrating is fun!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:19 PM

I encourage marriage. If someone wants to marry. Do it. If they later want to get divorced because of whatever valid reason, do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:13 PM

Idk what story you're referring to.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:03 PM

Protection from what? Based on what I hear in this sub from me and what I've heard from women irl, men have higher attractiveness standards. Why does the number of men who are able to have higher status/income decrease when women become more self-sufficient? I don't really understand these conclusions.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:56 PM

Yes, most definitions are academic in nature....
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:53 PM

I don't think that's a real thing....the whole 50/50 split. It only happens when it makes sense. If the divorce is mutual/friendly, other choices can be made. California is 50/50. And even then, prenups can address that.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:48 PM
1

Does reality disagree with what I see on Reddit? I'm not really sure it does. I don't have to pick a lane. I can change lanes and drive in both.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:38 PM

What do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:36 PM

If you say so.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:36 PM

Good luck out there!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:35 PM

What exactly are these rising standards for men?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:33 PM

I'm so glad divorce exists. Hooray for the No Fault divorce. Sometimes, there's no blame. Things just end. And that's the beauty of life.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:30 PM

I practice intersectional feminism as outlined by Angela Davis and bell hooks. "recognizes the interconnections between gender violence and racist violence, between individual violence and structural violence"
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:22 PM

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:16 PM

Again, I don't think you understand feminism. So men, don't want to rise to higher standards? Idk what "traditionally masculine looking" or "traditionally masculine stuff" even means. If I had to guess, my traditionally masculine looking partner supports feminism because he gains a more self-sufficient partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:16 PM
1

Are you referring to the "refuse" in my original comment? They context is different in my usage and your usage. Your usage, as you mentioned, is sus because leaving could lead to her death. The refusal is ultimately a form of self-preservation. My usage refers to the open choice of seeking help, support, and building friendships, etc, and instead doing nothing and getting angry. This is why context and nuance are important.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:13 PM

Agreed. It's a bit creepy the anti divorce comments here are.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:09 PM

It's sad. And really highlights how the patriarchy fucks up men too.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:05 PM

Why would anything have to be taken from somewhere? Are you suggesting that more educated women mean more single men?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:04 PM

Men also oppose the patriarchy..... Y'all speak on that every day in this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:03 PM

For what? I'm not a lesbian and I'm all for divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:02 PM

What? Your appearance has nothing to do with your ability to hold down a relationship....
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:57 PM

Lol. Uh huh.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:56 PM

People give advice based on their own experiences. It's not better for him to stay married. It's not better for her or the kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:55 PM

Lol. I love it when you guys use this talking point. Always makes me giggle.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:50 PM

Good luck out there, King!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:49 PM

I actually don't understand why men don't want women to be more self-sufficient. Isn't the conversation that men are killing themselves at higher rates because they are responsible for everyone and everything?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:48 PM

What? Y'all really enjoy making up your own definitions.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:46 PM

How does supporting others hurt someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:45 PM

Why is it up to "feminists"? And I'm beginning to think, y'all don't actually know what feminism is....
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:45 PM
1

If most women do that, why haven't I seen or heard of this happening in real life? Why aren't my friend and I marrying men who make $50k constantly and divorcing them for a measly $25k or less? If most women are doing this, where is it happening?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:44 PM

Umm....that's not at all what feminism is, bucko. It's weird to have a problem with educating and employing half of society.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:42 PM

Blanket statements like this is what I was referring to. We're close and then....
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:37 PM

Such as?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:31 PM
1

Yes. That is indeed capitalism. I'm glad you recognized it. Getting married just to divorce some plumber for half their money sounds pretty sucky to me. Why go through all that trouble for someone who makes $50k/year? Seems pretty sucky to get pregnant to receive social services. I'm just existing and don't receive social services. Do you have a number I can call? Women and children are currently starving all across the globe.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:30 PM

Men realizing that patriarchy sucks for them to is very inspiring. Now, if some of them could focus instead of competing to see who has it worse. We could actually create some change.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:27 PM

Lmao. Sure, pal.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:25 PM

Lol. Oh, that's cute.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:23 PM
1

Yes. Capitalism sucks for men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:23 PM

Hallmark movies. The busy CEO wants to tear down the local coffee shop. But then, one holiday season, he eats a gingerbread cookie by mistake and sees her with flour across her cheeks and apron. A few weeks later, the coffee shop is saved and the barista is with a CEO.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:17 PM

Lol. No, you're not. Past college, there's still a world of opportunity to meet people. FFS. Some people don't even go to college.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:15 PM

This sub seems like a pretty good sample of people. It doesn't seem like men have thicker emotional skin..... Ain't nothing wrong with using medicine. Maybe more of y'all should try it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:13 PM
1

It is the confidence that comes from contributing to yourself and others.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:11 PM

Of course, it's simplistic, it's the fucking internet. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:09 PM

Cool. My comment was referring to the comments I see in this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:08 PM
-2

Yes, our society sucks for both men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:06 PM
-1

Based on comments here, sex and physical attraction are the only things they care about here.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:00 PM

A partner isn't a therapist. And it's annoying when partners or friends or family treat someone like a therapist. Why not look for virtual or outside your area?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 08:43 AM
1

Umm... okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 08:41 AM

People communicate as best they can in uncomfortable and uncertain situations. Verbal and nonverbal can change depending on situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 08:39 AM
1

Huh, I've found the opposite.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:26 AM
0

Oh that's a bummer. I learned how to interview and active listen so that I could talk more. I love talking.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:23 AM

Completely agree. So much of what I see here is self-made obstacles and refusal to do anything new or different.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 06:03 AM
-1

Huh. I'm learning how true it is all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 05:44 AM
0

Why not?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:57 AM
0

What? Don't accept that, sounds bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:56 AM
0

My apologies, I misunderstood your comment. I thought you said that women don't have any problems to dwell on the same way men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:36 AM
5

Lol. My comment didn't indicate that at all. I didn't say anything was easily accessible. So again, I never said that I had any information on "why". I simply shared what is done. Or not done.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:35 AM
3

I said it like it's the same thing that causes loneliness in women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:32 AM
3

You didn't really amplify anything. I don't think it's down to the either, or you presented. So I'll differ to your ultimate point. If you could be so kind as to fast-track us there.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 04:08 AM

Learn to work with your quirks. Build your "toolbox". Most people are neurodivergent. More people are pretending to be neurotypical.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:54 AM

Alright. Good luck with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:43 AM

Good to hear.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:42 AM
5

Just cut to the chase. What do you think the difference is? Say what you want to say instead of trying to lead me into a certain direction.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:41 AM

Ya, I ignored the government official who said that women can stop their period at will. Or the government official who said something about space lasers. So ya, ignore the bullshit. Some things are worth caring about. What people say online in a debate sub or whatever isn't something to care about.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:38 AM

You okay bro?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:31 AM

I'm a 10/10 and only date 10/10s.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:12 AM
0

What problems are you referring to that women don't have?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:09 AM
3

Good luck with meaningful conversations!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 03:03 AM
2

It sounds like the loneliness you're describing of men is....,"oh no, I can't get the attention of women, I can't have a family". You're describing the same exact things......
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 02:53 AM
5

What did men work towards in the past? And what exactly can't they words towards in 2023? There's been hundreds of men I've interacted with who I've only given appreciation and coworker level love to. Yes, many women are also forced to deal with loneliness. You just said talking doesn't work, but yet you desire meaningful conversations? Get some friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 02:36 AM
17

Based on the comments I see in this sub, men absolutely need as much, if not more emotional support than women. Based on the comments I see in this sub, men are not happy with isolation. Based on comments in this sub, men put all the weight on sex and physical attraction. Nothing else. Ever. So yes, loneliness is different. Women are willing to ask for help and support. Men refuse and get angry.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 01:54 AM

I'm here for it. Sexual coercion, feeling threatened, etc, are reasons someone might have sex when they don't really want to. In these cases, believe women. Nobody just wakes up and "decides" it is now grape. They thought and felt it was grape the whole time, this was just the time they told others.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 01:51 AM

I'm attracted to my partner for the following reasons 🌟 family values 🌟 career ambitions and aspirations 🌟 smart, knowledgeable, curious, and humble 🌟 he plays on a beer sports league 🌟 he cares and provides for me 🌟 he's sexy af. Just your avg dude with a beard and piercing eyes.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 10:17 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 09:48 PM

I didn't say "only". And congrats for what? Dating? Umm...thanks, I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 09:31 PM
6

Correct. I was the friend who stepped in and played offensive. I was a size 0..so not fat, just zero fucks to give. Leave us alone, we're dancing/eating/talking/not interested. If someone is interested, someone else won't be standing in the way. It's that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 09:27 PM

10 is a lot? Maybe at your age. Lol. I'm beyond the wall, so ageless.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 09:25 PM

Exactly. I can cook but it's not fun or enjoyable for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 09:01 PM

It's weird that the only place I hear that term is this sub. You'd think that someone would have said something to me at this point. Dozens of doctors appointments. Countless consultations with healthcare providers. But, it's dudes on the internet who screech "obsese!" Like I should wear a giant O on my clothes. Lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:46 PM
2

And the idea that it is confidence aligns with my experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:43 PM

I wonder that all the time. Lol. Who WANTS to cook? But apparently, there's a whole industry of people who want to cook. Amazing how both can be true at the same time. Me wondering who wants to cook. And there being people who do want to cook.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:42 PM

According to you? That's fine. Think whatever you want. Doesn't harm me none.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:39 PM

I'm not fat, and I've got morals, integrity, and self-sufficiency. I do feel very lucky to have a partner who enjoys cooking. 😉
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:23 PM

Being single doesn't mean you're lonely. Many people are lonely in relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:20 PM
1

A job definitely helped. Nobody wants to fuck around with broke losers.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:15 PM

Interesting. So today's 23 year olds will still be by 30. Today's 11 year old will be 18 and single. Today's 33 and married will be 40 and single. Sounds refreshing. For the younger end, it will be the first generation of women who aren't dependent on a man. What an exciting time!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:15 PM

Good luck, pal!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:10 PM
2

Considering I learned this analogy from an economics class, I'll be sure to let them know. But yes, there is more demand for a working product than a defective one.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:09 PM

"Even more women will be single by 2030". What exactly does that mean? Is there an age breakdown? Will it be mostly women in their 60s, as their spouses die? Will it be women in their 50s who divorced between 2023-2030?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:05 PM

Ya it is really weird how much resentment there is.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:02 PM
2

Please, tell me what I'm missing.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/23 08:01 PM
