Well obviously it's gonna wear on you of all you think of is "self improvement". Just set goals that you want. You don't necessarily have to go to the gym, hustle or any of that. Just work on the things important to you. So even if the woman thing didn't work out you still have a version of yourself you can be happy with you fall back on

Yeah that's why I said specifically traditionally. When you put competition in art that's when it gets pretty hazey because bias and connection will drive it since it's not exactly objective. Competition can exist without fun or friendship like you say and I think art would be a place where that applies kinda hard. It's easier to say your a bad artist when you look at someone else's work but it's harder to say you're a bad runner since you aren't seeking validation at every level of progression …

Why work hard to have a good career when there are people making money recording themselves eating on TikTok? The point is, these people aren't you and it's about improving your own self. You want someone better for yourself so you work for something better for yourself

But that's painting. Art doesn't count because you usually don't compete (in a traditional sense). Cooking I could see as a form of art that highlights what I mean. You would never want to beat someone because their dish tastes bad unless you only care about getting the prize or winning. It's not an ideal by any means. It's pretty common. Your friend group might just be relaxed. That's good in its own way way but not for everyone. A lot of friendships even form from competing

Huh? I'm not getting what you're talking about but it sounds a bit too specific. You don't have to sacrifice your friends and health for success. Sometimes you compete with your friends for who's improving the most or whatever. I'll use video games as an example. I'm good at platform fighters. So good I usually end up the better one in the group. I'd like my friends to get better simply for the fact it's boring to just be alone at the top. You want the satisfaction of knowing you were able to gi…

You're wrong. It's called sportsmanship. It's an observable thing in so many sports and other things. Waiting someone to fail is different from wanting to beat someone.

You can compete with your friends. A lot of my successes are the result of me wanted to achieve what they have. Competition and comradre are not mutually exclusive

Ahh.... No? There are more benefits to trying to look good to women than there is to not do so. It sounds stupid but there's hardly anything you can do as a man to increase your attractiveness to you that doesn't benefit you directly. Between health, wealth, personality, success and all that you hardly don't increase your attractiveness by improving those. I personally want to be comfortable in life. When you reach that point your likely to attract women without even trying. Constantly thinking …

That makes sense because then she's literally settling for an available option rather than making an active choice.

Seems like the type to fool around with non-boyfriend material after your stable and comfortable because she's bored.

At that point she's not perfect anymore because she sounds like a nut. It's not necessarily a deal breaker but I've kinda learned that if they have specific logic in their head that makes no sense to me it's likely they have more hangups that they're gonna expose soon.

I didn't know of that. I don't wanna be xenophobic but the US leads the world in the information age socially because they make most of the platforms and poorly regulate them. Both dating and general social media like twitter and reddit. The politics kinda spread and is toxic and built on anger so so many things break down in communication because people are impatient. Amma be real with you but 1 or 2 months ago I would have insulted you by now for not understanding my points. Took a bit of intr…

Well you're right on the feminism part. I just lumped everything together because that's what I do with MGTOW or whatever it's called and RP. Female dating strategy, like you said would he better. Some of the women offer pretty good and real advice. But a lot of those overlap with the RP advice which a lot of women normally disagree with. FMDS gets a similar rep to RP some places, not as bad, but the info does fall into the same trend of becoming biased and extremely focused on the perspective o…

I completely agree here. I use disposable because that's how I think people are treating each other. Like that black mirror episode where the lady blocked her husband after having a baby and he got black listed in her life. She thought because she cheated and the baby wasn't his it was a good decision to just remove herself and the child from his life and he'd just get over it or something. Obviously he didn't and that's how people treat others with blocking and all that. You don't like someone …

In your first paragraph you get what I say, cool. On the RP part, don't think I'm defending them here, but I'm going to to explain what I'm thinking is happening here. Because the advice is focused on helping men it's easily susceptible to bias from both the person's taking the advice as well as giving it. I disregarded the claims you made about the misogyny earlier because I was talking about th reasons I listened to it but I believe that since they're men they only look at it from their perspe…

I didn't say women don't get ghosted but how is what you're saying any different from what I say in my last paragraph? And yeah I hate ghosting. I wouldn't tell anyone to do it.

Ok this is good because because I can highlight another good point raised by a lot of these redpill guys. It might sound sexist as hell, I thought so too at first, but I was just playing a fool to not sound sexist. The advice was: women give bad advice on how to get women and what women want. Look it like this. I want a dominant woman who likes taking charge and can handle her shit. While I would rather work I have no problems if the woman handles the financial situation or makes more money than…

I can't agree with that Simply for the fact that normal dudes get ghosted pretty frequently and we have to try very hard to get a regular response. If the majority of a woman's DM were truly thirsty guys then you wouldn't need to try too hard to get a response because competition is lacking. Are there a lot of perverts?: oh most certainly. Are they the majority of men that try to talk to a woman?: I really doubt that. But you're the woman here so I can't overshadow your experiences. I'm not advo…

I am willing but the amount I want to give doesn't feel that condusive to gaining interest. I'm biased towards thinking women are attracted to a lack of interest but I do base that off of personal experience as well. The girls and women that I've noticed like me do so when I express 0 interest in them. But when I'm working and have a life and give them attention they don't even wanna hang out. It's a contradiction. I notice I do the same thing as well sometimes. I prefer having the mindset that …

Lol I stopped caring about fake internet points ages ago. So I don't really care much. Thanks for your concern though.

Thanks for your kind words. I'm just trying to maintain good grammar for the most part. But no one has to agree with what I'm saying. It's enough if I get it across clearly.

I am taking responsibility for my failures. It feels like youre trying to high road me here. You're looking at it from the perspective that I'm some misogynist that wants to treat women like crap. Firstly, I don't subscribe to the entirety of Redpill. I acknowledge that some of what they're saying makes lot of sense. I'm not out saying that women suck because they don't wanna be my housewife. I'm out here acknowledging the fact that they can hurt me. Badly. The reason why so many men flock to it…

It's normally the guy with the girlfriend that's been in a stable relationship for a long time that says this 😅. If your uncle wins the lottery invests it and becomes wealthy would you take his advice if he told you to buy powerball tickets? That's kinda what you're doing here. If it was logical hurt then your advice may have suffice but it can be pretty vicious and brutal. The women not like this are already in stable relationships or overshadowed by how much toxic women move around. It's easy …

It may as well be history. You underestimate the social impact social rapid technological developments have caused in the dating scene. The 10~20 guys that you may have had to compete with to be the one your wife chose is nothing compared to like the 100s of guys that dm women complements and good mornings on the daily. Make a fake tinder profile. Actually nah just make any fake female profile on any site and put up an average looking woman and look at your inbox after a few hours. Redpill somet…

You can't build a long term relationship if you can't keep a girl interested for more than a day. Giving too much attention is a determent at times. Wether or not you have a life. I don't when you met your wife but in modern times women get a lot of attention which validates those arguments. If you're always available for her then she may feel safe ignoring you. Same with complements. I won't be throwing complements at any women or making excess time for them unless I see they'd do the same. Bec…

Pretty much that. I feel the identity of men is being undermined at times with a lot of behaviors being labeled toxic. I don't agree with making any gender associated action compulsory because that's sexist. But allowing people to engage in them guilt free without feeling like they're reinforcing stereotypes at least gives people some direction where they can build a much larger and more nuanced personality from. In terms of mental illnesses and personality disorders men may need more education …

Thank you. Going through the material and content had been eye opening to a lot of faults I had and incorrect perceptions of people. As bad as some of the content is some of it I really hope doesn't get buried under the bad perception of the low quality content and ideas because it's pretty logical.

Because you don't really hear about the faults of women in dating outside of it which lead me to believe that all issues I've had with women were because of me. Redpill answered the question I didn't know I had which is that women can be shitty and don't need me to night for them. Redpill takes it a step too far in that it villainizes women in a lot of situations which ironically creates a problem similar to what they claimed to want to solve which is the lack of accountability from women in rel…
