Not getting sore is not an indicator of a wasted training session, but any time a seasoned lifted is getting sore it's from introducing new a stimulus which trains the muscles in a way that they're not used to being worked. Don't listen to this guy, he's a clown. I can not recommend every day just for safety and because most of you do not take steroids. Heavy training without steroids is a risk Man you've never trained heavy in your life. If anything training heavy on steroids is riskier, muscles grow faster than tendons and ligaments can and eventually those will snap if you don't pace yourself and give them time to adapt. Before and after pics? I'm having a hard time believing that. I'm assuming you got dexa scans as well, otherwise there's no reliable way to tell how much is muscle and how much is fat/water retention. First cycle most people put on at least 10-15lbs of water on 500 test.

That's bullshit, nobody is going to put on 20kg of muscle in 6 months unless you start with a 50kg male and get him on 1000mg test, 6ius of gh a day, and some 600mg tren and even then it'd be iffy to put on that much muscle.
