If it was the other way around, she would want that same lifestyle to continue. You are owed spousal support. It doesn't sound like you're doing yourself too many favors though. It's a tough time but your kids need you to be a good example. You got it bud!

Skip the small talk with OLD. Have a few friendly exchanges then get them off the app and meeting in real life. Date people in person, not over the screen. There will be some Flakes like always but this way feels more natural than putting all your business out online and hoping someone "likes" you. IMO, of course. I would rather have a date on the books in 2 weeks than mindlessly scrolling to get a match.

Don't let her have the house, even temporarily. You're showing the court you can support that lifestyle and setting a precedent. You can be kind for your children's sake but don't try to be nice. If she wants out, she can get a job and her own place.

Sounds like next she will accuse you of something you didn't do. Personally, I wouldn't be around her if you are out of the public eye. Took me being arrested in front of my kids to take that part seriously. Wound up with sole custody in the end once the truth came out, but it wasn't easy getting there.

She wanted the divorce, she's already checked out. She had a little start on you, but you'll get back on your feet. Best of luck!

Fuck all that bud, get yourself a lawyer and pray for a true 50/50. It will be worth it in the end.

Fight for custody or get her to agree to a schedule as soon as you can. Don't just let her "keep" the kids for temporary, that will be a constant uphill battle IMO. You have every right that she has to your children. Be present for your kids and try to put the pieces together for your own sanity as you go along. Some aspects of mine still don't make sense a couple years later.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
