| 9 | Men being the violent genderKarla Homolka and Paul Bernardo, two infamous serial killers here in Canada. Anyone with a brain recognized she was the driving force in the killings, and was very involved, but cried about abuse and got plea-dealed manslaughter charges and was out in 12 years.
