That does sound like a cool moment. Kind of like in "Crazy Stupid Love" where Ryan Gosling's finishing move is to put on "Time of My Life" and do the Dirty Dancing move where he lifts the girl over his head. He lays them 100% of the time directly afterward.

Invite her over for tea. But when bringing it to her from the kitchen, put it on a platter with: expensive biscuits and cookies, choices of tea, sliced lemons, sugar, cream, and dates. Yes, dates. She will melt. Does she like Starbucks iced coffee? Buy the Starbucks iced coffee beans and make your own. Put it in a Starbucks cup you got specifically for her. Put in soy milk if that's her thing, vanilla essence, whatever. You should know her favorite coffee. Again, she will melt. It's these little…

If you like a girl enough to take her in a date you should WANT to pay for her dinner. It's not an obligation if you are a generous person and like to do nice things for people. In this society it is frowned upon to do nice things for people. You cannot buy a present or chocolate for a girl you don't know well or else you will come off as weak, needy, or worse. However, you are allowed to buy her dinner and that is something that I appreciate. Next time you find yourself looking at the bill at t…

That's one of the sad things. It's not just that some folks don't like it when their friends change, its that they keep seeing you as the caricature they pigeonholed you as years ago. When they did that to your former beta self they were satisfied that you were just going to follow them. Now that you have backbone and can assert yourself independently you don't fit so nicely into their social dynamic and they don't like it one bit. Some will try to AMOG you back to you former AFC self and it wil…

You should be happy you got: a sexy dance with a cute girl, and a very rare thing indeed which is an honest admission of non-interest. You have no reason to talk to this girl, full stop. Stay away. Your strategy now is to propel yourself forward to the next girl knowing that with some tweaks to your approach you could have gotten this one.

I felt like this throughout high school when I was awkward and unsocialized, and less and less in the first few years of college. PM me and id love to talk about your situation. Several years later I don't feel like this anymore, I feel triumphant! In one sentence I would say that "Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem I would first, in fact, make sure that you are not simply surrounded by assholes" - William Gibson

Well you can either go back to being an AFC with no girls or you can try again to be a success with girls. I promise things will only get better if you keep trying. Which road do you choose? And remember that flaking out is part of it too.

His explanation of how he picked up so many chicks in school was his ability to listen, to really listen to them. Very Wygant-ian of him.

The cultural differences make this work in Switzerland WAY better than it would work in Canada. Chocolate is just not a big thing over here. This is due to a lot of factors. Glad for you that you found something that works for you. Also made me nostalgic about how chocolate is in Switzerland mmmm

Think of it like the old "I am doing this anyway, you are free to join me if you want." You are making dinner for yourself anyway and will make extra either for leftovers or for her, so it doesn't matter about your grocery planning. This doesn't work for this situation because you already said you are cooking dinner, but in the future when scheduling and looking for a commitment you can say that you have a lot to do and you want to know whether or not to keep that night free. You are busy but fl…

The single biggest thing? Moving out of my parents house and into a very nice condo. Nothing could have made a bigger impact than that, my life has been completely different since that day.

I have been dealing with a similar situation with my first love, thanks for sharing. I'm overjoyed you are looking at the constructive positives from the whole situation much like I am. For the record it goes without saying you aren't 100% in the blame for this. How did she come to the conclusion that you put her on a pedestal? How long were you with her and did you really get to know and understand her? Didn't it sadden you to hang out with her as a friend afterward knowing that you cannot be w…

It only feels like that when you are not into them! If she is head over heels for you and you are crazy for her, then her doing those things is one of the greatest things in the world.

There isn't enough serious study on what exactly is neediness. Its almost a neologism, but here he uses the presence of neediness to represent repelling attitude and the absence of neediness to represent the most attractive attitude one can have. I have long been confused about what exactly neediness is and this article helps explain a certain part of it - the part that is based in insecurity and the need to be accepted.

The list according to me: Smile, be confident and don't fear rejection, be true to yourself and don't try to change who you are. Be strong. Don't seek approval! Don't play games. Dress nicely and take care of yourself. Tough to give advice without knowing who I'm giving advice to but that is what attracts me to girls I meet.

About the smiling, the study was looking at pictures whereas seduction deals with real life. Its like comparing looking at a picture of a female model versus talking to a model. Models rarely smile for the camera because they look better that way on film but would she look hotter in person if she was smiling at you while talking to you or giving you the "blue steel?" Undoubtedly I would prefer she smiles during our conversation thereby showing personality, confidence and possibly attraction. If …

My thoughts are that I like to own my favorite spots. That means being on a first name basis with the staff and chatting with them to make my day and theirs better. This is especially true for coffee shops and the gym I am always at. Talking to the staff like a friend will naturally lead to talking to the clientele like a friend, and naturally will not be creepy in any way. Plus if you are afraid at being creepy then you've already lost the game and I wonder what you've been doing on Seddit this…

Then why does he do it with literally every girl he meets? Picking them up comes out of nowhere, it's a routine, plain and simple, dude. Of course he is in the moment as well.

I had already been introduced to her earlier in the evening but she was spending a lot of time on her phone. I walked up to her, sat down next to her and said, "Are you going to spend the whole night on your phone or are you going to talk to us?" She was putty in my hands from that point on.

The age factor must play a role in this as well as him being God. I will take his advice because it is right and I was doing it anyway. Gotta make it your own though, because Morgan Freeman probably has more women chasing him than a guy in an Axe commercial.

Wow, I wrote about this exact thing for months when it happened to me, I probably have dozens of pages of writing about my similar experience. Keeping a journal was a huge help for me because the situation was so incredibly alien and confusing to me I needed to get it out of my head and onto paper. It might take a lot of time. Do it right away. Write about the following: What you learned, what you will do differently What was wrong with her in detail. All the things that put you off What you are…

Can I ask you a question? When is it okay to emphatically tell a seriously gorgeous girl who complains about things like "big arms," "too old(25 yo)," "too bulky(when shes actually athletic)," "no rack(ass makes up for it)," that the way you see her is as the perfect woman and she has no reason to ever feel self-conscious? I make a point to almost never compliment girls, and even after dating them for a couple months I don't want to tell them the above to ease their self-consciousness. I need to…

Thanks for the post, it gives me something to think about. Kind of complicates my following of Wygant's framework which stresses being outgoing to everyone and the superconfidence that goes with that. On one hand you want a girl to think you could get with any girl you want to but you need her to know that you do not and hit the sweet spot in between there. I guess you can get around that by saying that you are looking for a real emotional connection and a special girl, not just anything or anyb…

This guy sounds like an idiot: not only did he screw up all the momentum he had but he made you confused at the same time. By Friday it will be quite the gap in correspondence. There is nothing wrong with you taking the initiative to send him a text related to something you guys were discussing together, that would be cool. Play with him a bit, get something going that way. Any passions of his that he mentioned that you can ask his advice on or something in his schedule that you were curious abo…

Yes, what kind of college is populated with so many virgins? I've never heard of such a place. They won't be virgins for long, mind you.

This hasn't gotten enough attention here, thanks for posting about it. I feel great about my condo as well, I pay way to much for it but it is just a pussy palace. I cannot overemphasize having a big, plush, comfortable suede coach that any girl just loves to lie down on! Keep blankets at the ready, for sharing of course. I keep the place cold on purpose so it usually leads to this anyways. What else ... have pajamas ready for her, CLEAN pajamas. If they are girly ones, or else she will ask ques…

In this case I spent almost all my college years as an AFC with constant self-improvement(doesn't match with the stage layout), another couple years, then a month of hcore stage 2 assholery and now speeding along since I have done all the self-improvement inner game groundwork already.

Are there any articles specifically in the the seduction community about this? I've been working in this as well, but it takes a variety of factors. A special lady friend, for instance, makes it much easier. I wish they would teach this in grade 8 though, kids these days have no idea and and are growing up in a fantasy world.

This quote made a huge impact on how I see the world and how I live my life. "Everything in life is an illusion, so pick one that is empowering." -Rules for Renegades Also in there is that an illusion is something you use to change the reality around you while a delusion is something that prevents you from seeing the reality around you.

What can you recommend a guy does to attract and demonstrate value to real sweethearts and women of substance vs. crazy girls with poor morals? I imagine you must have attracted both types, so for someone who is uninterested in just 'hooking up' and validation, how would you tell them to adjust their approach and mindset to succeed with truly amazing women?

I hope you don't read this negatively, but I am assuming you had a phase where you were banging everything in sight and I'm curious about the juxtaposition between that and the new monogamous life you are embarking on. Why are you hanging up your "condom bandolier" after such a short but storied career as a so-called manwhore? What has changed in your appreciation of women as sexual objects to seeing one as a life-partner?

This is an absolutely retarded article. I can't take advice from a person who walks into a party and says, "Damn, I shaved my balls for this?," "This gangbang is getting off to a bad start." Calling people cornfed white girls, telling girls that "I carry girls away over my shoulder." He says that if you make a yo' momma joke (who even does that) and the person's mom has cancer, you are supposed to ignore it like it never happened, like its not a big deal. Then the other person is going to feel t…

Sorry to hear this. Clear your mind, son. You and a woman spending time together is the most natural thing in the world, so be natural. Go with the flow, and live in the moment. There is no future, there are no plans, there are no guarantees. Everything should be natural and just flow, as simply and uncomplicated as water downstream. The water knows exactly what it is and it knows what it wants to do. You should be as solid in your knowledge of who you are as the water is, then you know how to a…
