Like most books, I use bits and pieces from each. I have applied a few points from Models: bettering myself by getting into my interests and reading more, being healthier through eating and lifting weights, and talking to people(man or woman) wherever I go. Don't beat yourself up too much. I was there a handful of months ago after my divorce. It's ok to second guess yourself.....as long as you still act. When the second guessing keeps you from performing it's time to ring the alarm. I could be wrong, but with the girl, you are thinking Z. So true man. If I am alone, I will always pull a seat at the bar next to someone and say "How's it going tonight?" as I sit down. Very few people are not open to continuing a conversation. So true man. Thanks for sharing. A girl broke up with me back in August and I was depressed for a little, but the main thing that gets ones mind off the girl is going out and meeting other. I would be bold to say meeting any sex, as long as they are high quality people, but the thing that really helps indeed is talking to girls.
