| 1 | How Running Changed My LifeI'm doing a photo shoot in a month that requires me to have an eight pack all I'm doing for it is walking 5-10 miles a day. If you cannot run walk. Strength athletes walk also instead of running. Walking creates less impact on the joints and still kills fat. If you do this start at at least a 2.0 on incline working your way up over time. I hope that helps and you include walking in your routine | /r/TheRedPill | 08/08/17 04:50 PM |
| 1 | "I'd hate to have to settle for a mediocre man"Oh please look . Awalt seems true 95% of the time but we all had mothers would you not agree? Your comment comes off as hate against all women, and non-empathetic towards them, ironically. If we want more people to come to this subreddit we need to stop with generalized blanket statements like this. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/08/17 02:58 AM |
| 3 | Political orientation pollGovernment is good I'd much rather pay taxes and have roads and police and firemen and schools to educate my children with thing like math and science and arts, this has absolutely nothing to do with woman and I don't understand how you could possibly come to such a conclusion | /r/TheRedPill | 28/04/17 06:23 PM |
