For clarification, I do still have a mortgage and the car is a 2017 that I was able to get a great deal on. All told, my monthly bills including utilities are approximately $1,400 a month and I make between $80k to $90 a year. I used the equity from my refinancing for the car and pay off all of the bullshit credit card debt. The difference now is that I’m not making minimum credit card payments each month with a wife that spent everything extra on new clothes and all the extras that a “princess”…
