Oh yes she has. She's at the gym 5 days a week now. As I said, she really is trying her best.

I think its one of my best defenses in breakups. They are afraid to break up in any way other than amicably for fear you will talk about what they let you do to them.

Let me remind you that she may not have fucked you but she didn't leave over the issue either. That's the harsh reality. And in retrospect, killing a dead bedroom is fucking easy. Amazingly easy. It's the simplest thing TRP has to offer: Girls value is in their sex. Men's value is in their commitment. If you are trading commitment for sex and you aren't getting paid, QUIT YOUR FUCKING JOB. Either the person holding the sex will pay up, or you walk. It's as simple as that. Don't keep going to wor…

I don't think mine is temporary. Its been a while for me. I've lost the weight, put on the muscle, and grown a pair. For the first year my wife didn't seem to notice. We had a dead bedroom and I just stopped begging for sex. Then I grew angry again. I began to see IOIs from other women which I hadn't had for years and I knew I could just have sex with women half her (and my age) but instead here I was in a celibate monk mode. I finally told her I was leaving. I told her she didn't find me attrac…

Stop thinking about it so much. I find that if i ever have the time to wonder if a girl likes me then that is a huge alarm telling me that I'm acting beta. Isolate her. Kiss her. Then you will know.

I'd say that's REALLY early on. IMHO, its too early to let yourself go at that point. I don't want to get obsessed until I know I can run my cycle. One-sided infatuation is a real turn off to the girl, but once SHE is feeling it then you can literally do no wrong. For those few weeks or months if you are lucky no relationship dynamics matter at all. She'll pump herself so full of sex hormones that she's going to be high as a kite and completely irrationally in love with you and you can pretty mu…

I don't understand this. I still get that rush with every girl. Every single one. Even if it's two at a time. It's awesome. I just understand that it is a chemical high, my endorphines are screaming, I'm producing testosterone like nobody's business, I'm irrationally obsessing on this girl and I want to fuck her constantly like I never wanted anything in my life. I sit back and enjoy it for the time it lasts. What I don't do is get tricked into thinking that any of this is anymore than a pleasur…

Research is scant on this, but what there is seems to indicate that there is no long term difference in hormone levels. You will be hornier. If you feel you aren't horny enough, I'd say fap less. If you feel you are too horny, I'd say fap more. If you're just about the correct amount of horny for you, then you're spanking just about right.

True, they are a for profit company and they should be after making a profit. I see nothing wrong with criticizing their methods though. They seem to be sacrificing long term viability for short term gains. Reddit was, and is becoming less so, a rather unique vehicle that attracted a great many eyeballs and became one of the largest sites on the internet because of it's unique platform that allowed pretty much free form discussion of anything with next to no censorship on a subscription based mo…

Absolutely. I realize in retrospect that my anger and depression upon having my bubble burst were really all about my own insecurities and whether or not I would actually be desirable as a man under the new rules I realized the world worked under. After actually becoming a man and completely abandoning the Disney fantasy I realize that there really isn't any competition out here. The porn fantasy is much easier than the Disney fantasy ever was. It's less demanding, more fun, and much more person…

Same with emotional tampon. I'll listen to her insecurities while she's curled up with her head on my chest and the sweaty smell of sex all over her. I have absolutely no problem with that and she will get the most empathetic ear she could ever want. I'm not going to follow her around giving her an empathetic ear in the hopes she will give me another blow job in return though; life doesn't work in that order.

There is good research on this. The jury is out as to whether this diet is in any way superior to a more standard, higher carb diet, but the research also seems to show that it is not harmful. Basically, you MUST get reasonable amounts of fat and proteins, but carbs don't appear to be essential and you can be healthy on very small (if any) amounts. Of course, vitamin intake and fiber is also important, which is why most keto diets include non-starchy vegetables like broccoli.

I would recommend that anyone who has any trouble with too much weight should try intermittent fasting for a few weeks at least. What it did for me was break a mental habit with eating. Before, I would eat at intervals throughout the day and i would feel stress if I missed one of these intervals. Missing multiple intervals would seem like torture. I made the decision to do 24 hour fasts every other day for a bit, eating breakfast, then skipping meals until eating my next breakfast and having a n…

If you are going for an LTR, then at some point what you do is going to come up. It's not the end of the world when it does, but it will happen. Don't worry so much about it. The point is to not advertise what you do. There is no reason the girl you met last week should know where you work and what you do. As for education, the fact that you are well educated should be obvious just in your casual conversations and stories. You will be well spoken, knowledgeable and at some point you are probably…

SL says that if you fail 3 times on the same weight, then deload that exercise by 10% and work your way back up. If you keep failing on this weight, then deload and switch to 3x5, and then 3x3. If you still aren't advancing past those weights, then it's time to switch programs. As long as you are advancing though, there is no reason to switch. Don't stop doing something when it's working! Advancing in weight means it's still working, so milk that for all it's worth!

He isn't wrong. This is why you should advance slow, have perfect form, and NEVER push through any kind of pain. Not just pain, but don't push through anything "weird". If it ain't right, then stop immediately. Barbell OHP is safer than BB Bench. I wouldn't worry about OHP. Just make sure you've got great form. OHP just doesn't have the weight behind it that Bench does. You'll be doing really well to OHP a single plate, whereas a single plate is novice level on bench. On bench though, form is cr…

Here's the thing: You are brand spanking new to lifting. 1.5 months is literally nothing. You can basically consider yourself as never having lifted before. Not only that, but you are only 16 years old. You aren't done growing yet. None of this is bad, mind you, it's just the facts to keep in mind. You should not be viewing lifting as something you will do until you attain some goal and then you are done because you beat the game. You are starting a habit now that you will do until you die, just…

The thing is, that body IS attainable. Not for everyone Actually... The chicks got no abs showing but she's well built, so she has some muscle. That puts her around 18-19% body fat percentage. So really, she isn't all that thin. Certainly not dangerously so as she is right there in the lower middle of the healthy range. So yeah. Put down the twinkie, this is a bodyfat level you can all get to. Muscle tone though, you are going to have to work for it. Chick's got a pretty small rib cage with good…

I'll take it a step further. Don't confide in your spouse. Certainly, in such a close relationship shit's going to come out, but minimize that. Your woman will not always be sane, and in those not-so-sane times there is no difference to her between calling you a dick and pressing that nuclear launch button you gave her when you were confiding in her. Women are cruel, heartless creatures when they are mad, so never hand them live ammo.

I hate that (as well as zipper accidents). I'll be ready to make a move, but then I think about that obvious sore on my dick and I imagine the scenario. I get this hottie into my bed, she starts to go down, then we have this long discussion about how that's not a horrible STD staring you in the face, it's just that the last girl bit my dick. Yeah... that's not going to be a good conversation. I think I'll go play my guitar and wait for my dick to heal.

She is doing one of two things: 1) She is dread gaming you, saying she can get anyone she wants. 2) She is comfort testing you. She wants you to tell her she is wanted. If this is the case, then she's doing a piss poor job of it. What I would do in this situation is agree and amplify to the point of absurdity. This invalidates her claim of hotness and makes it just silly. If its dread she's dealing, then it invalidates the dread because you obviously aren't scared if you're being silly. If it's …

Getting rid of the gut comes down to one thing: Eat less. An easy way to do this, track how many calories you are eating exactly to the best of your ability in a week. Take your daily average and make that your maximum. If you aren't losing 1 pound per week, then subtract 50 from this maximum every week until you are. Don't go over your maximum. If you do, then don't beat yourself up about it, just get back on the band wagon the next day. Now certain foods (protein, high fiber like broccoli) wil…

You are also denying the fact that genuine submission in a woman sparks leadership (and affection) in a man. Who knew? But that's what shit tests are for! A woman will only genuinely submit when she is confident that the man is a competent leader who will not be taken down by the multitude of challenges he is sure to face in life. Every political ideology except pure anarchism agrees that the government needs to be involved in contracts. Contracts are worthless without the ability to use violence to enforce the terms of the contract, and most ideologies prefer that the general population refrains from using violence and gives a monopoly on violence to the state where it can be tempered with (hopefully) well thought out laws and procedures governing it's use in the form of courts, police and correctional institutions. If I…

TPP seems too small of a thing to play such a big card. Not that TPP is small, but gay marriage is just huge. You save that one for the day it Snowden leaks that the US is actually run by 3 Jews who hang out in the back of Katz deli and put a black man in a president on a drunken dare.

What I want to know is how bad is it really right now? This was their news blackout trump card. When shit hits the fan you legalize gay marriage or make abortion illegal and suddenly no one is paying attention to what's really about to happen. Are we finally going to war with Russia? Totally. There is absolutely no reason that sexual partners should need to be registered with the state at all and receive tax benefits for doing so. Marriage is a social and religious institution and there really isn't any need for state governance outside of contract law. To give a real world scenario, I have two acquaintances that are sisters. These women (who are thoroughly unattractive BTW) own a house together and live a life not unlike any married couple, sans sez, but I guess that makes …

It's likely an innate psychological dichotomy of us vs. Them. Humans don't deal well with spectrums. You are either part of my tribe or part of theirs. You don't just like football, you root for a team. You are either liberal or conservative, or you are weird.

Don't worry about it. You seem to be asking whether it is a worthwhile investment to peg your personal self esteem on a woman and take the risk that if she abandons you that you might be left as a shell of a man. Fuck no. You walk into the relationship expecting it to fail at any time. You enjoy that relationship at it's fullest potential. If the relationship goes south, you bail. You are left with fond memories. If the relationship never goes south, well good for you, but it doesn't matter. You…

I don't feel worthy of love and intimacy of any kind. That, in my opinion, is the root cause of your problem. You see, you don't feel worthy of love, which means you can't love yourself. So you are wishing desperately for someone else to come love you and prove you wrong. Seeking external validation like that as a prerequisite to self-love is horribly unhealthy and will lead you to a lifetime of misery and failed expectations. Even if you find someone who you believe loves you, your entire self …

I think you are missing a key to male psychology here, which is totally understandable not being a male and all. ultimately this sub is just about learning how to slay pussy and "self improvement" is just the secret to mastering it. These are not mutually exclusive. If a man cannot "slay pussy" then by his own self assessment he is a failure. Self improvement for a man REQUIRES that he be getting laid. It's fucking genetic. Getting a blowjob for a man is the equivalent of all those "you are beau…

This is how to be a provider 101. Your numbers 1 and 2 are literally "buy me things". 3 and 4 are "don't be so unattractive I can't get wet at all anymore". 5, 6 and 7 are means to dominate him so that you can be secure and ensure numbers 1 and 2 don't go away. I've always loved Muse's music, but I have always found their lyrics to be lacking. It actually pains me to listen to them because I keep thinking how this music is ALMOST timeless classics, but they just fall short of the mark. That is a bad attitude. If I was your date, I'd tell you to have fun with my friend and leave you there, and knowing my friend, he'd leave you there also as you have just been called out as a woman unworthy of any of our time. First off, a guy is going to look at other women. If they are incredibly insecure, then they will work very hard to make sure you don't notice. If they aren't insecure, then they don't give a fuck. First, there is no such thing as a genetic disease that causes obesity. There is one, very well known cause of obesity and that cause is eating more calories than you burn. It's all about frame. If you are willing to walk out the door at any time and don't give a fuck because you can replace her at the drop of a hat and she knows that, then you WILL be getting blowjobs from your wife. If she thinks she can hold divorce rape over you as leverage to get you to do the dishes then welcome to celibacy or maybe the occassional pity sex or sad handjob.

No. Every study out there basically says that ejaculation doesn't hurt your test. There is one study that showed a spike in test levels 7 days after abstaining, but it wasn't all that high and went back to baseline pretty quick. That study may have been experimental noise too. Not spanking your monkey will likely do something though: It will make you hornier. If you don't think you are horny enough, then wack off less. If you are plenty horny, then don't worry about it. Some caveats. If all you …

First, why do you equate "improving yourself" with "passive"? IMHO, self improvement is the most active of things. But that leads into my next question. Why are you putting "actually approach and meet women" in a separate category from "work on yourself"? The inability to meet woman on demand is CERTAINLY part of self improvement. It's not the only part of course, and you can be the best in the world at meeting women and still not get laid if you have no other redeeming qualities. Hence "improve…

I'm one of the best engineers you will ever meet. You can be a successful engineer AND not be a social retard. There is nothing inherently negative about STEM fields. The major issue is that at the lower levels of the field social graces are not rewarded, so they are unnecessary and therefore not practiced. That doesn't mean you can't practice them just as much as Joe Salesman, it just means most of your peers haven't.

As an older man, It can be pretty good if I do say so myself. However, these issues generally come with a lot of other problems. In my experience, they cave to ANY authority, not just yours, which means that loyalty, which is hard to come by in any female, is absolutely non-existent in a "daddy issue" girl. They simply have no backbone at all. They tend to be pretty shallow and aren't worth talking to and horribly co-dependent to the point of just being annoying. If a woman is the biggest teenag…

Alpha behavior is charm. These two terms mean the same thing. I think your misconception stems from your social conditioning where you have been taught that the essence of charm is supplication. This is part of the blue pill lie. Supplication is not charming, in fact it is just the opposite. You can then incorporate those particular stretches and static holds into your 10 minute routines, doing a full yoga session every once in a while for assessment. I find it very valuable for this since it dies focus on all those small muscles and tendons I wouldn't normally use.

YouTube "yoga with Adrianne" and go through her core poses (screw the routines, you really just want to learn the core stretches/poses). She starts very basic and is pretty cute to watch as a bonus. Once you think you've got it go to a few classes until you find an instructor that isn't afraid to come tell you where your form is all bad. Correct your form and you have the foundations.

Yoga us just stretching and zen meditation done at the same time. That us, if you do it on your own and not in some class with hippie chick telling you to keep moving and a room full of hot asses in yoga pants distracting you.

Most of those chiropractic stretches are actually yoga poses. The yoga stretched are VERY comprehensive and stretch everything. A few thousand years if stretching technique refinement tends to get pretty efficient. And no class necessary. In fact, I don't really like the classes except for the whole room full of girls in yoga pants aspect. As you point out, they mostly try for the whole spiritual vibe thing and they tend to go too fast. They are mistly mostly low impact aerobic classes then they…

What was really weird is that it wasn't an enemy. It wasn't like I was goading people into fights, trolling, or even making personal attacks. The comment that kicked off the doxxing was a benign, general advice comment that happened to get a few upvotes. It wasn't even vaguely misogynistic either. Neither were the quotes taken from older comments sent to my family. Sure, they were things which might reflect poorly on my reputation in certain circles, but I had nothing in there like your typical …

Yeah. I thought you guys were exaggerating. Nope. I had an account of 8 years, thousands of posts, anonymous but with no real attempt to hide my identity. A few weeks ago, after a popular, but not really all that controversial comment on here, friends, family, exes, employers all started receiving strange emails from someone about my "disturbing views" with quotes taken out of context. Weird thing, according to how they knew it was me in the email was by going back about 3 years in comment histo…

Because the Alabama law, spelled out in the article, says explicitly that consent obtained through false information is a crime for males only. I just read the law and it's pretty black and white.

Yeah, you aren't doing enough weight to hurt yourself yet, so get used to the bar, give it a few weeks, then use your trainer session and have him religiously check your form.

Smoking is not an advantage. Also, you can still do the bar scene. Order a straight cranberry juice. No one even knows it's not a vodka-cran.

The problem wasn't that he said "I love you". The problem is that he immediately thought he had broken some golden TRP rule and all frame was lost. He went from confident to insecure, succumbed to the follow up shit test by letting disrespect phase him instead of responding appropriately, and felt self conscious about being broke. The only iron clad rule he broke was "don't be a pussy". Everything else was an easy recovery.

Just put a bit more emphasis on the parts you think are too small. If you want a bigger chest for instance, then add a couple sets or an additional excercise for your chest, such as supplementing your bench with some dumbell flys. Don't stop doing squats though. Never stop squatting.

She's seeing it as women see it. Remember, to women the bottom 80% of men are invisible. They literally don't see them as men. They are only hunting top 20 percenters.

I disagree. A ONS, a hooker or a FWB and sometimes even a wife all meet that definition, but none of those are plates. On the flip side, a plate may be someone who you genuinely enjoy the company of to the point of her personality being more valuable to you than her pussy. A plate is characterized by "spinning" otherwise the term doesn't make any sense. "Spinning plates" is giving a few different girls enough of your time individually so that once you have her attracted and satisfied with you yo…

I would also add that there is a component of emotional dependency on you with a plate. Hence the "spinning" concept. If it's a girl that you hookup with occassionally, using each other for sex, then that's a traditional friends with benefits situation. A plate is a girl who wants to be with you. If you neglect her then she won't sleep with you anymore. You have to continue to make regular contact with her, give her a reward in the form of good sex and emotional stimulation, then let her "spin" …

You can do that just living with a woman. No need to enter into a financial contract to do that. Hell, you can do everything except the living with your kid part without even living with a woman, and most of the time more reliably.

So, what is the advantage of marriage? Seriously... if I pay the dollar slots I get a higher payoff. What's the payoff in marriage to compensate for this additional risk?

It depends on the compliment. If some hambeast says they like the shirt I'm wearing, then sure, that's just as good as a supermodel telling me that. However, that hambeast complimenting the curvature of my ass in my jeans has a significantly different gutteral reaction in me than the supermodel. Anything that makes me picture this girl/dude putting their mouth on my body is going to cause an emotional reaction in me proportional to the extent I want that mouth on my body.

Going back to our cave-man days, looks are everything. "Handsome" is synonymous with looking healthy and virile. Overweight, diabetes ridden, downs syndrome, low muscle tone, low testosterone males get rejected because they don't look like healthy men capable of protecting, providing and producing healthy offspring. "Game" is a secondary attractor because it measures intelligence and confidence. Confidence is an indicator that not only do these good looks make this man capable of competing, but …

I disagree completly. Good looking losers are frustrated as all hell. Looks can get your foot in the door, but if you are a low confidence annoying dweeb it won't get you much farther. That's what shit tests are for: once the guy makes the cut in the looks department, the shit test filters out the good looking losers from the breeding stock. You need both.

One of my most memorable experiences was just after getting a hang for the Red Pill ideas, and I realized that a girl I'd had oneitis for for a long time wasn't actually relationship material. Along a similar vein, my original path down TRP was years ago (before this sub existed) in pusuit of a oneitis who was IMO the ultimate woman. Once I got myself in order I realized I didn't want her. I could have her, even today, and I still like the girl, but I friendzoned her. She's smart, cute, funny, s…

Yep. Women are trading their access to their physical assets for the value of manliness (ambition, protection, money, etc.) If the man can get sexual satisfaction without her, then she has nothing of value to trade, so pin ups, prostitution, sluts, etc.. are all bad for her side of the bargain. On the other hand, if a man is giving out his assets for nothing, then it is implied that this is a low value man. If this was a high value man, then he could trade those assets for quality sex, but since…

No, feminists DO want men looking at women like sexual objects. However, they want their sexual charactaristics to retain their high value. Men having easy access to bare boobies devalues breasts in general. Restricting the access to breasts is important so that a man can be manipulated in to specific behaviors by using breasts as a reward. It's why a wife will not tolerate her husband playing with other women's breasts even with full assurance that he will not leave her. Without the value of th…

Learn to control your oneitis. So you are attracted to her, so what? Don't let your mind spin on one girl to the exclusion of other things. Going and fucking ten other people is the best cure, but really what's happening here is that you are letting your internal emotional state dictate your actions to the point that other people around you are noticing. You have to learn to temper that shit. I'd say, in this case you have a perfect classroom environment to practice. You have obviously made the …

Marriage is not inherently "bad" as in it always ends in tragedy. What is bad for the male in a marriage is that there is absolutely no value in the state of marriage in almost all cases except for a tax break. Think about it: You can live with a girl, have sex with her, have children with her, take her on vacations, even sign over power of attorney in the case that you end up in a coma. She can be the beneficiary in your will, whatever. So what does marriage get you? By registering your sexual …

I did it with intermittent fasting. I ate every other day, averaging about 1500 calories a day along with some regular lifting and cardio. I found it a particularly easy way to diet, since for me it's easier to go through shourt bouts of discomfort followed by indulgence than it is to go through long bouts of only mild discomfort with not chance to indulge. When people would ask me what I did, I would tell them at first. This almost universally alienated me. "You did WHAT?!? That's insane!". The…

Bring it up in passing that you are straight up straight. Say it in relation to some other conversation, don't involve him it. Don't condemn gay people, just let it be known that you aren't into it. That allows him to save face and not become embarrassed, and he can back off with no hard feelings, assuming he is even bi in the first place. He sounds like a cool guy. You don't want to totally embarrass a good friend, so just let it be known how you feel.

The guy's a newb, so he probably doesn't understand what "supplements" mean. To clarify for him, go ahead and drink whey protein. Taking creatine is okay. Most other stuff sold in a health food store is bullshit you don't need. If they don't sell it in a health food store, then do not take it as a skinny guy with no muscle; it will fuck you up as the above poster states because you have not muscular base to build on.

All seems very reasonable, except that I concur with the other commenter that the first point might come off a bit sketchy. Realize though that you will have more trouble dating as a single father than you would otherwise. You are a much larger committment to a woman than a totally single man would be, and that's going to be a bit scary for women.
