It sounds downright terrifying.I guess it's valid if the only variables in your model are varying genetic fitness between individuals and energy constraints involved in maintaining gamete production and gestation for each sex. Actual human life has far more going on like culture and emotions and values and weird personal idiosyncracies that can't be explained that overlay and disrupt 'pure' biology constantly so its predictive power is severely limited.
