i doubt you could do it in secret that way. basicall if you dont acknowledge the child as yours, you probably wouldnt be able to authorize the blood draw on him or her. Catch 22 really, since you cant test without signing the birth certificate, and you dont want to sign the certificate without knwoing if you're the father.
