Not sure if this is even possible but.. what would happen if you moved to a different state? Suddenly there is a new business venture in a state where it’s easier to divorce her and after a year or however long residency needs to be established to file for divorce. Idk I’m thinking long game for a divorce where you get her to move and then divorce her so you can keep the money you did all the work to earn.

I’m going through this right now, make sure you get that 50-50 signed immediately. Money always be made up but the time with the kids cannot so make sure you have that squared away before you go into the legal battle for everything else
