The advice I gave to people when I was off the clock, in a personal setting, was that if the ex was trying not to pay anything, don't try to get anything. Let it go. Move on. It's what I did, in fact it was what I had to do. The conflict can become all consuming, and as you said, the ones that lose out the most are the children.

Well they can remove driving licence, and passport, and some other stuff. It really doesn't happen that often though, and only to the people that flaunt that they have the means to pay and won't. There are plenty of ways that people get away with not paying what they should, and you'd be surprised the lengths that some people are willing to torpedo their own life to make sure that they get their "own back" on someone.

The person you're replying to never said men should be allowed to make the decision to abort. They said that both parties should not be forced to rishk autonomy when having sex.
