1	I see this all the time. It depends. If a person intends to see women for what they actually are (ie. flawed humans as opposed to angelic beings) then MGTOW is like a form of exposure therapy used to root out past delusions. However if they are equally idealistic about women except in the opposite direction, then MGTOW can facilitate a form of rumination that keeps them needlessly pissed off or hopeless about the world.
