My advice when talking to the ones you think are extremely beautiful is just remember that she is probably just as anxious as you - some girls reaction to that is to act bitchy. If she does you can either stay and talk your way past that wall or give up and move on to the next one. Both are equally powerful. Remember, it's called the game, it is supposed to be fun.
