10	This cute Asian girl was an ugly demon underneath the skin I think he's too much of a AFC to just lift. Even I ,reading this, can sense the desperation and lack of social skills OP has. No amount of lifting can compensate for a lack of a strong frame. Sure it can boost his confidence, but it doesn't fundamentally change who he is. 1	The best age to start reading red pill! I wouldn't advise you to introduce him to the red pill with books like the rational male or anything that you find on this sub at such a young age.
