I think there’s a bridge that is seldom discussed which is getting more muscles is a bridge for many people to gain confidence/presence. Those eager to change their appearance dramatically aren’t usually content with their appearance to begin with. Once they get going and grow noticeably more muscular, their internal belief that they are significantly more attractive has a skyrocketing effect on their confidence. So yes, (IMO) gaining muscle makes you more attractive, but it’s mostly because YOU…
