I guess you get this question often. Any tips on staying on track to weight loss, I've been trying for years and managed to loose 30pounds which I regained and I find it so hard to wake up in the morning and get on track again. I really want to be the best I can but I have no excuses to be overweight. What's the most effective way to loose weight that I will be able to keep off? Any special exercises like running or skipping rope?

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The bad part is that these women are rising in our society taking influential positions and making decisions based on emotion and not fact. It's a disturbing thought that these radical women can get so powerful and that our society will collapse and that their only mission is to attack and to oppress men. But I have a bit of hope as the top members of society and most powerful people are men.

Double standards, disgusting. Also amazing how she could say that women work harder and that men are stupid.
