Thank you, and yes this is just individual therapy for me. Couples therapy is something that will have to be worked towards.

Also the jet lag from an 11 hour flight is not making things any better.

Sleep is lacking at the moment as well. I think I'll grab some melatonin after work, then push my weights around tonight and try and have a full meal.

I so wanted to call someone and let it all out yesterday. Good thing my in-laws are great people and advised me that when they almost got a divorce that was the worst thing they did. Too much emotion and bad advice from family and friends.

Thank you, that's good advice. I don't think a lunch time energy drink will cut it.

Thank you, I've reached out to quite a few today, and an outfit at my work that helps coordinate care. I just need someone to dump all of this on who can keep emotions out of it. I haven't told any friends or family and want to keep it that way until I have some semblance of a level head.

Thank you, I'm not looking for the MC yet, and honestly probably won't. I need to be ok and I'm not right now.

Thank you, we've talked about doing couples therapy but I know in my heart that it will be divorce therapy. There's no saving this one. A drink does sound good but I know it'll just make me feel worse. Eating is hard right now, I think I've had two meals in 4 days. I could drop about 15 pounds and be at my ideal weight so maybe it's not that bad. I do need to eat though to keep my head straight.

Because I snooped on her phone and found a message.

Thank you so much for sharing what you're going through. She told me tonight that she can show me how she'll change, and that I will be able to see the meaningful changes. I'll try, but I think I will know fairly soon if I can move forward.

We have talked a bit tonight about trying counseling. I'm inclined to give it a shot with no guarantees. I think personally for me if I don't at least try I'll regret it. I'm not saying I'll wait around being unhappy for years doing counseling, I have a feeling after a few sessions on my own I will know for sure that I need out.

We're from California, she was caught with that texting app and fessed up immediately. She says she is happy that she was caught so she can get help.

Well she told them this morning. They are deviated. They usually like me more than her.

Yes, she fessed up to all of it.

Thank you, just a little venting in the moment really helps.

As of right now I'm done, I'll try some counseling for my daughter's sake but I think I already know where it will lead.

To add to this nightmare my daughter got sick with the stomach flu and is still not feeling great.

Something about keep traveling beautifully my love. She fessed up to all of it instantly. She wants to try counseling but I don't see any chance of that working. When we get back home I'll look into maybe divorce counseling instead of trying to save this. It was a coworker that I was concerned about a long time ago, of course I was assured it was not an issue.

Her phone, I knew something wasn't right for awhile but not this long. I just had this terrible feeling I couldn't shake and had to snoop. I'm a very easy going guy and not much bothers me, I think that's why it was so easy to get over on me. She was using an app called text free, and even deleted every message after she read them. There was one message left.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
