Use the energy for lifting, then the rest as cardio, IMO it’s better. I do warmup 15minutes fast walk then 30-45min cardio after lifting.

Oh i see now what your doing, Somebody i can't remember where it was told me to do something similar, fasting for X many hours, eat like horse, repeat. 1000 calories is "low" I was just being fat haha. I'm still working on this. Since i was always eating 3500+ few months ago.

Sometimes you fail, Sometimes you succeed. You can be that guy but you have to fail couple more times before you can do that, IF i was you now, I would wait until she says something. First things first, Don´t chase them. Take care of yourself and they will chase you. Go to the gym instead of skipping gym for this girl. If your gym is at 19:00 and she asks you to meet at 19:00 you say No, I can't, I'm working out at that time, But i'm free at 21:00 Don't sacrifice goals/health for them. Confidence, Is must. Oh man, I think that's what i'm doing wrong. Eating always under maintenance causing metabolism to slow down, I guess i need one cheat day per week, Been eating around 2500. Now going for 2000 and will add in a day where i eat 2800-2900. Thanks a lot!
