What's the best program for size? I have finally assembled a full home setup with squat cage, dumbbells, pullup, dip, etc. and want to make sure I'm using the most effective program. Going to have to disagree. I spent a full hour at the fragrance counter with my brother smelling every damn cologne they had (ended up with a bit of a headache) and landed on Sauvage by Dior (like $75/bottle). Sadly it was not of my own volition. I met my wife and developed a bad case of oneitis, she kicked my ass because she is a very driven and independent woman and wasn't going to stand for me moping around. I see now that she was always the one in charge of the relationship and I fell into her orbit which was why she eventually lost her attraction for me.
