The real reason you were told to wash your hands every time you went to the bathroom, including just peeing, is studies have shown that washing hands 3 to 5 times a day reduces transmission of colds/flu and other contact viruses. Since many people go to the restroom multiple times a day, where a sink is located, it was the logical move. It has nothing to do with touching your penis.

She is just a mimic, like a little girl. She is mimicking how she sees the behavior of the male cop when he has the law backing him up. She doesn't understand the reasoning of when to display different types of behavior.

You need to admire your own character. When life kicks you in the balls and you have less than nothing, you have only yourself. At that point, your character and knowledge of self either becomes a strength or a hell. It will likely happen some point in your life. If you don't mind riding the wave 'til things go sour then eating a shotgun, be my guest. Just know that choices are meaningful and have consequences.

Very concise and accurate. I would probably replace stupidity with self-imposed ignorance or something similar. It is the definition of stupidity but no context of attacking. Just straight cold truth.

I have yet to meet a woman who can successfully train a dog. It says a lot about their consistency and ability for leadership roles. It also says a lot about modern marriage, ie, when men have the government's gun to their head.

all I will say is that western women from my experience have the tools to manipulate your average beta simp male into submission They are groomed to do so. The men are groomed to be their victim. It usually takes something big for a young man to realize it. From then on, the man's path shows his character.

A great book/movie that is set in this era is Razor's Edge. The movie is true to book and leads a young Bill Murray. A little more philosophy shines through in the book though. He skips on marriage and goes his own way. He watches his friends get married and crumble or go thot and destruct. Everyone who lives through others have a bad time.

There is something to be said about work. It is one of the few real battlegrounds out there. I wish I had adult sports leagues near me, but I don't. Video games don't quite have the same flexibility, though I enjoy that competition as well. I do limit myself at work with the rule: I will not be an asshole except to someone who leaves me no options by proving to me they are an asshole.

It is your choice to be exploited by your employer or not. I trade about 20% of my earnings for stability. My employer can have that so I can move from one account to another without issue if things blow up. Then again, you have to bring something extra to the table and have value. Most people do not, and they would also fail hard going it alone. A big corp or small company you are a gear or do not hold your own fate. A mid-size, where you can call the owner, is a different beast. Just like ever…

Pro tip. Many people are flat footed or on their heels. Palm their face and push them slightly backwards. This puts them off balance. Slowly put their head on the floor, the body will follow. No injury, total control, total embarrassment.

When the results matter, it is usually men in the position (although some companies drank their own Kool-Aid). In these positions, there can be a lot of competition. Some within this competition will use every intimidation move they can to see if they can get an upper hand that way. If you have observed this, it is much like watching an ape dominate another. Women see this and say it is a boy's club/man's world/or there is a glass ceiling which women are not allowed to rise above, but men at thi…

You have to do it with tact. It has to blow up to a fever pitch where they think they are all ready to put it on you. The mistake is public, the determined punishment is public, they have made their self righteous stand...then plop, here is what really happened. That too, has to be known well enough by that time, just not to the soapbox speaker. Then the hand is forced.

I understand how someone could do this, but I personally find it vile. I don't know the other man's circumstance. It is respect for the other. In the end, it is myself being selfish as well. One theory on this has to do with: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunbar%27s_number If you are hard wired to seek the most powerful of a group in a social hierarchy, social media, magazines, TV, etc may affect whom you act are 'invisible'. Suddenly, the top 20% of your social group has only a small number of people in it that are actually in your everyday social circle. If this hijacks you, you literally can not see most people as people.

You have a choice to be happy in the long run or choose to get pleasure now. Someone 'forcing' you to have a lifestyle you do not want, if it does not harm others, is not O.K., but one must realize and accept the consequences of said lifestyle to be 'TRUE to yourself'. The way a man asks for a raise: I pulled in X contracts above expectations and other peers, making you Y. I want a Z% raise, which is a very small cut of the net profit. I put in a lot of extra work to get these contracts, and I fear without just compensation, that I will settle into just getting by. Or worse, look to move to a company allowing me to negotiate my salary at a new level.

My biggest problem with all the movies is the focus on character's strengths. What made the characters heroes, imo, was their weakness and overcoming them. It was about honor and using what you have despite what you lack. It seems all characters have super strength, invincibility, and whatever superpower they are supposed to have. Bullocks.

It is about the roots of honor. An honest lawyer is honorable. The merchant who delivers the best selection of goods at the lowest price to sustain himself is honorable. A women who is not a thot is honorable. Simping was about helping an honorable women, which rarely exists. As history shows us, they were never honorable, just kept in line. Help for them was just positive reinforcement, but now it is poison.

Red pill rage is normal, it subsides. For me, it is only a mild annoyance and that too will probably fade. Less so than when I was with someone. Independence is natural to men. It is harder to sacrifice independence for reciprocal love than to not. An easy way to get into it is either start grilling or use a sous vide to cook your meat (no need to get fancy just get it cooked to right temp with salt and pepper or a spice mix). Then focus on making good veg and side dishes. There are many choices and side dishes are usually quick and easy. Then you can explore in directions that interest you, and you will already have a decent base to work from (you will learn small things along the way but nothing will too hard all at one time).

Hanging is not bad if done right. Unfortunately, many do it wrong due to seeing movies and such doing it wrong. As a chef, I hope he had the mechanical and physiological knowledge to do it right.

Amazing how much was said in the book Animal Farm in so few pages.

While it is still going on, remember the atrocities that human herd think can get people to do. History shows a bleak picture of how far things can go before a breaking point is reached. Luckily/Hopefully, I think people with bread and circus will be unwilling to go as far as the starving.

I learned some vocabulary, the ability to read legalese, honed my logic and planning skills, introduced me to bayesian probability and how to integrate that into everyday thinking. I did play with a grandmaster chess player from time to time, which probably upped the depth of the game to a degree.

Great game, became a shit company. At least in the end I made a profit on it. I played in my teens and am very surprised how many real world skills I gained from it.

Pretty much common sense, but here we are. Of course there are more factors than sugar or sleep, but sleep disruption is a significant factor.

Your statement is rather absolute. In order to defend it from examples the fallacy must be used or an 'exception that breaks the rule' statement.

One of my biggest peeves about the cuckening. Men have principals and stick to them even at high personal cost...or once did. It is hard to value yourself while selling yourself out at every turn.

That research is pretty meh, IMO. Sugar disrupts sleep. Disrupted sleep leads to impulsive behavior and lack of attention span. Kids fed sugar on the regular will have metabolic imbalances and addiction. Add sugar back after disrupted sleep and a few hours without and have fun with that.

IMO, it is not about your reality holding up or defending against others'. Your strength in your reality is proportional to how blind it can make you be to your own ignorance. Try to understand others and their opinion. It will be obvious to you very quickly if they are interested in a meeting of the minds, and yes, it is fairly rare that this is the case. But there is no need for an internal ideological war.

Be careful of your handbag, Anna. Nothing like that moment of clarity, of what a child you have been, right before the train runs over your head.

The movement of search [the inner dialogue of the mind] can only be from the known to the known, and all that the mind can do [to be free of it] is to be aware that this movement will never uncover the unknown. If I see very clearly that my mind cannot know the unknown, there is absolute quietness...when the mind is free from the old that it meets everything anew, and in that there is joy.

If you pick it up on paper as well, read 'The Razor's Edge'. There is plenty of MGTOW in regards to male/female relationships, but there is also a lot about going YOUR own way. Chasing money and even social circles eventually ended in ruin for some characters. If not into the read, Bill Murray is a lead in one good rendition.
