Trial after Trial. I will assume that you are definitely getting divorced. It seems like your ex is planning something. As the others have said, lawyer up (it's hard to find a good one... You want one that can be a strategic thinker too that gives recommendations) to get some initial advise. 2.You need to to save and document everything. I mean it. | 2 | Why are men often overlooked as victims of domestic abuse?Women know they are protected. The law will, unfortunately side with and consider the woman's views first. That's why in domestic violence, any woman can claim a man has hurt them.... And the man is guilty until proven innocent. The complete reverse. This is a common occurrence in custody battles and is a known issue in the courts, to a point where family court judges have been trained to try and weed out fake claims. Unfortunately, the family courts and domestic violence courts are separate. | /r/MensRights | 27/11/24 01:17 AM |
