1	What's the beta habit you had the hardest time giving up? This sums up my opinion of weed. Of course you can have a great life with smoking, but you still limit yourself. My life with drugs has less productive motivation than my life without drugs. Remove the motivation to score drugs and you'll challenge that into something productive. Realise it is a limit on your life and stop trying to justify it. Also realise that putting this small limit on your life might be ok. I bought most of my ETH around 1-10$ range, and most of my BTC around 200-400$, now I'm a seller. I'm open about plastic surgery and I view it as an option sure; however I'm happy about my looks and wouldn't know what to change at all. 1	Self-reflection- on TRM Heroism/self sacrifice are concepts of putting others before yourself. Personally I still see these concepts as putting yourself before others. For example: "I couldn't live with myself if I'd let my child die when I knew I could have sacrificed myself thus I must commit an act of "heroism" to please myself and prevent myself from having emotions of guilt and despair". 3	Monk mode and Internet Pornography If you are older you probably didnt grow up with internet porn. Many millenial kids today grew up with internet porn, their very first fap might have been to arousing pixels. Going through this reward-hijacking system in such a early and impressionable age (12-18) leaves scars.
