21	Don’t waste her time This is the most foul thing I've ever read. I did a clinical rotation in the ER, and we had a morbidly obese patient who needed a catheter. It was a five person job. One to hold each leg, and two more on either side to pull the belly back using a rolled up towel. Had to do some archaeology to find the urethral opening. And the smell... it was overpowering.
