I’m afraid of what the feminist public school system would teach about the Men’s Rights Movement. It would just further propagandize that men are misogynistic pigs. Men’s issues, yes, I think should be taught. But probably not the movement.

Because there has been more of a push to get women in STEM fields, but men aren’t seen as really needing education because they can just go into a blue-collar job, like construction, or the military.

I believe the biggest issue is family/divorce court. Men are required to pay things like alimony and child support, while not being able to make decisions or be involved. Also, men are far more likely to lose custody of children in divorce cases, even if they are the more competent parent.

Be active on social media platforms. Right now, women’s issues and corporate feminism are in the public eye, while men’s issues aren’t being addressed. Help convince people that men have problems that need to be seen.

And I would argue that to make the biggest difference, you help the people who are in the worst situation. Homeless men might be the larger group, but women are in the worse situation because they are easy prey. Homeless men do have more opportunities for more honest work, simply because people see men as workers and women as sex objects. I’m not denying that men are the largest group, I’m saying that women are in the more immediate danger.

I dunno. I kind of agree that we should help homeless women more. Homeless men are more likely to get jobs at factories or do odd jobs like carpentry or lawn mowing. Homeless women are more likely to turn to prostitution and get caught up in human trafficking.

I shared this, not just for awareness that it happened, but also for other people’s responses to the incidents. “It’s fine, don’t worry about it.” “It was an easy lay.” “If she was hot you’d have liked it.” They didn’t even try to victim blame like if it was a girl. They didn’t say “You shouldn’t have been at that party.” “You shouldn’t have drank so much.” “You shouldn’t have dressed so provocatively.” They just didn’t care.

Self-defense should be a class in school because everybody needs to learn how to properly defend themselves. Not /s We would probably see a drop in all rape/assault crimes if people are prepared to handle the situation. Better to have a skill and not need it than to need it and not have it.
