| 1 | CEO of Reddit: Ellen Pao says she "weeds out" candidates who don’t embrace her priority of building a gender-balanced and multiracial team. She has also has removed salary negotiations from the hiring process because studies show "women don’t fare as well as men."But Youtube works, otherwise other providers would have taken over. And if it's already a problem on Reddit and it obviously work for Youtube, what is the issue? I am not completely sold on the idea either, but we do not know if it will work or not, so I would like to see it play out. | /r/MensRights | 06/04/15 09:07 PM |

I broke up with my last girlfriend this summer, and I was with a lot of girls afterwards and she didn't do anything. | 1 | F*ck perfection. To be good at something, you have to suck at it first.I really get what you mean, but no, you'll find people who have huge amounts of inner game, who never felt like they had to think about how well they performed. For instance, a great dad or mum with a lot of social skills, can easily carry it on to their offspring by just being around them and let them pick up all the small social tricks without knowing. That said, the rest of your points are completely true and people who suck at social relations, can learn to master it through hard work. | /r/seduction | 18/09/12 12:13 AM |
