You probably just need to get a higher intake of protein. Adds protein shakes daily for a few months and to really add weight quickly use creatine. Using creatine made me gain like 10 pounds in 2 weeks so I stopped lol I'm 6'3 and 195, this is the lowest my weight has been in a while

I'd say your weight is best suited for someone who's about 5'3. I'm your height and hover between 205-210. Just eat a lot and run more and you'll gain some mass in the beginning. Add at least 50% more meat into your meals a few days out of the week. On those day, replace rice or pasta for veggies.

You need to get out of your head and stop focusing on all your thoughts at the same time. You wanna talk? Whats the context? Are you in a store shopping or waiting for a bus, maybe ask what are they looking for or where they are going? Basic things. The context determines what you say, do not over think it. If it comes off as awkward then move on, reflect on why it was so awkward and try again tomorrow.
