So weird how many of us saw our wives get addicted to scrolling TikTok constantly.I was the breadwinner. No assets together. Those were reserved for his ex wife. I was the one who paid for his Porsche and his affairs. While receiving no benefit from being married. Maybe men should pay more attention to their wives and lay off their phones with women’s names as men names and all the other BS. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/11/24 06:52 AM
So weird how many of us saw our wives get addicted to scrolling TikTok constantly.I wonder why your wife who lived with you felt compelled to do so. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/11/24 06:14 AM
| -6 | So weird how many of us saw our wives get addicted to scrolling TikTok constantly.Devils advocate. Guys I am the wife. Hear me out. I can see where a wife feels isolated to where the phone is her companion when she wants the man. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/10/23 05:55 AM |
Why the hell im I still thinking about herShe was a part of your life. You need to break the soul tie. And then carry the memory but don’t carry the pain. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/01/23 01:31 AM
Women who lurk in the Men's Divorce subreddit, why are you here?I’ve stated why I’m in here. I align more with how dads are treated in divorce. Due to my situation. I’m all for the parent who deserves to see their kids and not be raked across the coals in court. My ex went after the jugular with no reason and used my kids as pawns and drained me financially doing so. If I can give my perspective or help non dead beat Dad’s not get screwed over than that’s not a bad thing. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/12/22 12:05 PM
My wife who brings in 5% of the Income is my bossJeeeezus man… you will ALWYS have rights to your own son. This is such a form of abuse what she is doing. You can use legal aid on post. Beat her to it. I believe only one spouse can use this service. This is beyond dependa bullshit. This is straight up abuse on her part. And learn the word NO. Also. SHE is not enlisted. YOU are. She doesn’t get to make those decisions. Reading this made me sick. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/12/22 05:13 AM
End is Drawing NearGotta play fire with fire. The audacity of her family. Definitely start proceedings to evict BIL. And when he gets served treat it as… oh well… sucks to be BIL. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/10/22 02:01 AM
End is Drawing NearDon’t move out of your own house. I repeat do NOT do that. Who cares if she wants it? It’s YOUR house and moving out first will hurt you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/10/22 06:47 AM
How do I afford to live? The justice system is only about who has the most money and who can or wants to keep throwing it at attorneys to spite the other parent. My ex was horrible to me and the kids. I never cheated. I just wanted out. Has cost me over 6 figures and two decades of hell because he can’t get over it. And he stalks me on social media. When I hear men or read about posts here I’m like yep… I feel your pain. For the men on here who are decent husband and fathers. FIGHT BACK. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/10/22 05:24 AM
How do I afford to live?I’m a female. I’m on this sub because I align more with the “ man” “ husband” role. I made more money. And I’d taken a pay cut at the time of filing to complete graduate school. Student loans aren’t income by the way. My ex asked for child support and spousal support based on @ what I have the capacity to make in the future” Blew my mind. A fictitious income. What if I went non profit? Am I not allowed to choose my own occupation? I am steady paid for EVERYTHING for the kids. We’ve been battling… | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/10/22 03:41 AM
Who else has no desire to date anymore?Through my professional experience I will tell you “ hurt people hurt people” is not a true statement. It’s thrown around often but it’s just not true. It validates actions that the individual is accountable for. I also totally understand your context though. I was married for two years from a one night stand. My fault for getting married and it’s lasted in custody court since 2010. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/07/22 07:23 PM
What to look out for when hiring a lawyer? Also be prepared to pay your mediator $350/ hour and also be prepared to walk out if you don’t agree with any of it. Also make sure the mediator types up the agreement and not your ex’s attorney who will purposely omit or use vague language or sneak some shit in. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/22 03:39 AM
What to look out for when hiring a lawyer? Also. ONLY e-mail or call your attorney and only respond to their attorney if absolutely necessary. Most of these crooks are in bed together. I’m out well over $100k on attorney fees with no resolution. Don’t fall prey to being billed $56 with every email or phone call OR if their attorney calls yours and they then charge you to reach out to you to let you know. Hind sight is 20/20. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/22 03:38 AM
Who else has no desire to date anymore? Not at all. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/22 05:12 PM
Who else has no desire to date anymore? Not sure why I got downvoted. I do totally agree with you. Going through my divorce and custody dispute for the past decade really made me empathize with husbands/ fathers. I lost all of it. After I paid for it all AND was asked to pay child support. I hated on line dating too for that very reason. I totally get it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/22 05:12 PM
Who else has no desire to date anymore? Now now. I have standards. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/22 05:10 PM
| -4 | Who else has no desire to date anymore? And like I said earlier. Fat balding financially crippled divorced fathers are the dating pool. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/22 07:06 AM |
Who else has no desire to date anymore?Same. It’s why us females have vibrators. I’m in this sub because in my situation I align more with the fathers who get fucked over. I was married to a man by the way. At the end of the day it’s better to protect resources and build walls up. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/22 07:03 AM
| -9 | Who else has no desire to date anymore?I agree. Fat old balding men or men crippled from divorce both financially and emotionally doesn’t bode well for the professional single mothers out there. Juice ain’t worth the squeeze. I feel ya. When the higher earning parent makes more and is victimized even though there was violence on the other parents part.. makes you look at dating in a whole new light. I’m glad some men see it as women do as well. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/22 07:00 AM |
Ex wife’s “job” is bullshit. Do I have any recourse?Probably the latter. Which sounds best to me. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/07/22 09:42 AM
Ex wife’s “job” is bullshit. Do I have any recourse?Yeah she isn’t entitled to anything. Unless there is a disability, she should work. If she wants to work at a Dollar Store with an advanced degree that is her right to do so. But it’s her choice. She therefore forfeits rights to your money. This is a simple way of thinking about it but seems legit. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/07/22 01:41 AM
Ex wife’s “job” is bullshit. Do I have any recourse?I just don’t see how a judge can force a person to make a certain amount of money? | /r/Divorce_Men | 30/06/22 12:26 PM
No plus one?And as a married couple decisions are made jointly. | /r/RedPillWives | 07/02/22 07:38 AM
How do I find married female friends like y’all in the wild?I see what you’re saying, but I would disagree. I’m a woman and I crave and NEED alone time. To recharge. To think. To be accomplished. As any introverted woman. You shouldn’t ever lose yourself in any relationship. Sure it happens. And when you start to see it reach out to gain some socialization in any capacity that’s fulfilling for YOU. | /r/RedPillWives | 07/02/22 07:34 AM
Ladies, how much should an engagement ring cost?I don’t believe in a set amount. My ring is exactly what I asked for and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 06/10/21 12:22 PM
Another horrible online dating story. A good example of why you don't have sex too soon before you have a chance to vet thoroughly.Yep! If it’s an actual open relationship the other partner would have at least spoken to you prior. Just speaking from what I know of people who have open relationships. It’s a serious ethical code those folks go by. He’s a lying scrote. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 02/10/21 03:35 PM
