I implied that I want them GOVERMENT FUNDED by specialists, instead of private corps. You really didn't, tbh. You said they should exist. As a concept. Nothing about funding who or should be running them, but that they should exist. How anyone was supposed to get "I know they already exist but I think they should be government funded, etc" is beyond me. But maybe you can quote yourself and show where you feel that you "implied" anything as specific as what you're saying now.
