3	Had the cops called on me yesterday for sitting in a public park reading a book by myself I realy feel for you . It's degrading. 2	In a hole here! You are correct the zapping was crazy! so just took one .It will probably take a day to take effect. It's venlafaxine xl but only a maintenance dose. 2	In a hole here! 30 years and counting together not all of it is bad. Somthing small happened 2 weeks ago and I can't get over it . Not s big event just the normal manipulation and I said OK before I could stop myself. She picked her time and tone so perfectly and I could not undo it due to the event I was hosting and the people around me .I am so angry with myself and with her.
