Seems legit. That’s why they all need dating strategies; because they’re so super good at getting and keeping a man/relationship.

What he means is “you’re good enough for right now.” At some point someone he deems better will come along and he will pursue it either as a relationship or an affair.

If he can’t understand that submission is earned ; then he doesn’t deserve it.

Yeah, don’t help them level up. You are not a Nintendo game genie.

It doesn’t sound like this is your preferred lifestyle.

I had a similar problem with my friends group. One continuously tried to involve me with the bar scene, tagging me in posts that garnered attention from men. Trying to use me as bait to attract customers to come buy a drink. It did Not go over well with my husband and I had to take a step back and realize; just because we were friends at one time didn’t mean we were going to be able to maintain that friendship. Lifestyles change. As we get older it becomes harder to find friends that have the sa…

I’m having a hard time figuring out what you have in common with women who are hooking up at bars. Also, and this is your business I suppose but… why would you even entertain any other man when you’re married with a child? Block and no contact would have cleared that up right away. It doesn’t sound to me like you’re all the way ready to leave their lifestyle behind.

He’s an excellent father and provider, he doesn’t put up with feminist nonsense and expects me to follow his lead in exchange for taking care of me. I met him through his sister whom I was working with at our local school. You won’t find these men on dating apps and in bars or clubs. E2A it’s important to keep in mind that to have / get / keep a man of value such as this; you must be a woman worthy of such a man. Do you warrant being taken care of financially? What do you have to bring to the ta…

I was a kid for my first kid and marriage, it changed it drastically since we barely knew each other and were persuaded to get married by our parents. Turns out you can’t raise each other and a kid. If he’s stable you may not face as many issues but it will change your entire life and lifestyle. If you’re comfortable with the idea and feel your time table works for you, and won’t harbor resentment later that you didn’t get to experience your youth. You’ll probably be fine. E2A how long have you …

You do Not want to be treated the way 18 year old girls treat their boyfriends. Great write up. Thank you!

No, it leaves me questioning their intention if I have to be the aggressor.

I would class it as red flag; if he isn’t interested in you enough to want to get to know you and retain that information; he is just wanting to sleep with you.

When I read what you wrote about what not to do, Gone With The Wind was my first thought. Also, how does this work do we have a set chapters to read together etc?

To be quiet and not argumentative. I know this doesn’t sound lovely but it’s true. Men do not want to hear all the reasons we are upset that hour/day/lifetime. Biggest thing you can grasp onto is learning how not to be a nag.

We waited for a year before getting physical. Then we dated for a year, we’re engaged 4 months and then married. I’m glad we took the time to get to know each other and know for sure we wanted to be together forever. If this dude can’t wait for you; he never was in it for More than some sex.

I live in an area with a lot of stay at home moms and wives (I’m not sure I understand the point of the second one but to each their own). The sheer amount of complaining daily on the community moms group was nauseating. I do Not miss that crap. It’s like gee Becky if you can’t handle your other 4 kids maybe now isn’t the best time to have another one? I get it.

So you’re salty that others have it without putting in so much of their time or effort and don’t appreciate it. That makes sense I mean at the least be appreciative

Yeah it’s a great arrangement unless you actually thought you got to do nothing all the time. Then it’s complaint city.
