My opinion: It's not a men's rights issue since it is not about creating equality or campaigning for issues affecting men, it's about "reacting to what radfems are doing". While it can certainly be an important thing to do, it doesn't necessarily be included in this subreddit when "reactions to feminism" subreddits exist.

Basically a word and numbers swap. "women" instead of "white people", "men" instead of "black people", "Rape" instead of "murder" For extra kicks you could go through and update his numbers, although picking which source to use and whether or not to include women as potential rapists & whether or not to include male reports of rape is up to whoever's updating it.

My first thought when reading this is that it's a terrible idea. Now school administrations have a monetary incentive to minimize the number of REPORTED sexual assault statistics and either shift it to the local community system, or start to label it as something else. Also, how do you rank based on "how they prevent and respond"? Do high numbers of quick expulsions get you bonus points? It sounds like "bringing the hammer" to every case is going to be a positive financial decision.

It actually seems like it's calling for a more fair reform of alimony in general, not just for women as the primary earners. And standardization of alimony payments in general, rather than judge discretion. "They say men and women should be treated equally, and ex-spouses, for example, shouldn't pay more in alimony than what they have left to spend on themselves and their new families."

That sounds reasonable. I was going off of high-school law class memory, not a lawyer myself.

"Philip Tunley, the sisters’ lawyer, confirmed that they did not file a police report and that criminal charges have not been laid." article that the article linked to.

Pretty sure that Police reports and private notebooks are inadmissible in court. They want to maintain the independence of the notes, and by making them non-supeona-able it means that the police can write what's right, rather than what will get a judges ruling in favor of their personal opinion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
