It was biased with human feedback, it must mean the people who gave feedback to ChatGPT were biased in this way, the model behind this system (GPT) is not biased that's what I'm saying. Nope, the training dataset is not biased, the biasing occurs at the RL with human feedback, it was humans specifically modulating the model to answer like this.
