1	I get really bad pre date nerves. Help. Glad it went well friend. and that i also know. Take it one day at a time. Enjoy the present. Your anxiety comes from thinking ahead of yourself. 2	I get really bad pre date nerves. Help. I've been there. I don't want to tell you my diarrhea stories, let's just say I was in your shoes. This will go away with experience. What helps meanwhile is to tell yourself this: worst case scenario is your date totally bombs and you get to have that as a story at the bar with your friends. Just think of the worst case scenario and how you would act in it. Then realize that chances of that are low and just do things you want to. Hope that helps.	/r/seduction	17/10/14 03:39 AM
