Ok, I'm going to start with this. Yes, there is a problem of the double standard of rape against boys and rape against girls. It is a problem that must be talked about so we can abolish the double standard. However, we don't know the opinions and the meaning behind the creators of the script. Maybe I shouldn't have assumed that in my reply but fuck it. I support satire, but the message should be more clear. How? should we have a banner saying SATIRE just to make sure that the minority that didn'…

You do know that people can joke about things and not mean it right? I can make the most offensive joke about women and not mean it. You can call me an asshole as much as you want but I wouldn't think that it would be justified because there was no meaning behind my joke.

I'm not really sure that the skit is about mocking boys' abuse. If anything, I think that they're mocking the double standard that society has against them. Like how he got thousands of high fives or how the lawyer is the only sane person in the skit. But that's just what I took from it. But we shouldn't take these jokes seriously. Because it's exactlt what they are, jokes.

Yes, and obviously that's a horrible thing but that doesn't mean that you can't joke about it.

There are loads of things that are funny about women but not for men (women being whores for example) and that's totally fine. I'm sure that if the creators of that skit would find out about a case that happened exactly like the skit, they wouldn't be laughing. That's because it's a skit. Nothing more, nothing less.

I found the skit funny, we shouldn't take this shit seriously. If it were in real life then there would be a problem which it sometimes is but it's fiction, it is not real.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that you got groped but you took that thread out of context. If that thread was asking about the people of reddit, not women of reddit, then you wouldn't have been downvoted.

The top comment said that it wasn't an automatic dealbreaker while the experiment was very different. People were saying that it WAS a dealbreaker right away. That's the difference.
