A man in a surrounding city by me just got 25 to life for killing his 7 week old. And I just went to look to confirm this story, and found that in another fairly nearby area a woman just got 10 years for throwing her newborn out of a 7th story window. Equality

Yeah, but the judge should overrule a ruling like that, since there isn't enough evidence to prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If he doesn't could you sue him for malpractice? Because that seems like either improper or negligent professional activity to me. Although, I have no law experience except for 2 business law classes, so not really sure if that would help get the ruling overturned, may also need to appeal. Itd be expensive, but if possible, the options are probably gonna be eit…

Wtf happened to innocent until proven guilty. They should have to prove you did something, but I guess that only applies if you're a woman.

I haven't seen this one said, so I hate how women can't consent to drunk sex, but men can. Also, if a women had drunk sex, she wouldn't be responsible for her actions, but if she drove and killed someone that same night, she'd be responsible for her actions. Edit: Just saw the story a few posts down and somebody said almost the same exact thing there.

He's been dismissed by the team, which is worse than I expected they'd do. Its a shame you can get kicked off the football team for self-defense.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
