Where does MBTI play into this? I know the emotion/logic thing is a generalization but obviously there are nuances. How much can you trust this as a rule of thumb, or in what situations is it foolproof?

I think Elon Musk said this but as CEO, you're the chief firefighter. You get the distillation of the entire organization's shittiest problems and it's pretty much all up to you to deal with them. Take any length vacation and those problems pile up, no matter how much you delegate. Im no CEO, but InterestedPlayer is right, he's not just watching one investment. When you get to that level you have money in a lot of different places.

SPOILER Reminds me of The Dark Knight Rises when Bruce is trying to escape from that giant pit/prison but he has to jump over that huge gap that no one can cross. He tries a few times with a safety harness, but then he says fuck the rope and makes the jump because death/survival is the ultimate motivator.

You just have to realize that no one actively gives a shit about those memories but you. Everyone's busy dealing with their own shitty memories and current problems.
