I already did everything "I enjoy", so it is void. What if I enjoy playing world of warcraft or browsing 4chan? Those are "wrong" and "not alpha" enjoyment activities. So give me ideas. I enjoy working out and doing fitness, we already did that. It is too common now. If TRP says to be spontaneous then actually give tips, ok? Neuroplasticity is a thing so what I "enjoy" isn't important since my brain can mold to enjoy whatever the coolest, most exciting thing is due to Neuroplasticity.
