Absolutely. If I go out with a new girl after 7-10 days nofap, I exemplify the red pill. If I go out right after a nut, I stutter and shit. Not good.

"Bang her hard" Ah, sick, bro! Perfect! Just what I was looking for. To anyone who's actually thinking of following this (strangely detailed) step by step "guide", just don't. Processes don't work. Acquire tools and skills, then pull them out at the right moment. Don't do anything "step by step". My god.

Thanks, man.

HB7 asks ME out, get drinks, flirt, kino, goes absolutely perfectly. Today, see her on campus. Text her to see if she wants to get together. Response? Fuck off. Huh. Help.

This should be in the required reading.

Use a very small amount, the size of a pea. Warm in your CLEAN hands, and apply. You don't want it to feel like an oil spill. But I would recommend it.

I respect that. This is just what works for me. Sweating everyday is important for proper skin health. Thanks for the comment.

Dude, this was exactly me. Cystic acne fucking sucks. How long have you been on the supplement regiment? Maybe up your zinc dosage to knock that shit out, then move to a lower dose.

Try the water, zinc, vitamin c, and the vitamin e suggested by MattyAnon.

I'll check this out. Thanks for the tip! I appreciate it.

This is a good tip. I also have some t-shirts that don't fit me anymore that I use as pillowcases - a different one every night.

Careful not to exfoliate too often. But yes, processed foods are no good for your skin in general. Try the zinc. Hope it helps!

Thanks for the tips. I would highly recommend the water and zinc. I was going to put not jacking off in there, just because the correlation doesn't really exist. However, it seems to help me. Thanks for replying, and good luck.

There are other factors, including deficiencies in minerals and vitamins, as well as hormones. While I agree, bacteria on and in the skin causes acne, there are other causes as well. For instance, milk and protein have hormones in them that may fuck up your natural levels, causing you to break out. Using different towels is a good suggestion, along with changing your pillowcase every couple of days. Thanks for the comment.

It seems counterintuitive, but it's the right course of action for your face.

TRP is all reiterated knowledge through different lenses. This is through mine.

I won't argue with you, but this seemed like an important thing to let some other men know about. Why does anyone post here? To help some other men out.

You're right, but I want to surround myself valuable people, and that includes plates.

This is a truly important guideline to follow. It is absolutely not worth it. The price you pay for the little reward has the potential of being enormous. Even if it does "severely limit your dating pool", so be it. This is from experience. Not worth it.

I mean, there are some dudes that can absolutely shred that ukulele, and they make it work. But I would hazard to guess that the average woman would be more impressed by a guy who can play "Wonderwall" on guitar with four chords than a guy who can shred the ukulele.

Honestly, get a new relationship. Hard to reverse the view that you're a doormat. I'd at the very least stop contact with her, wait a few months, then try again.

Good point. But this dude seems to be doing well for himself. He has hundreds of thousands of genuine instagram followers.

This is my litmus test for doing "nice" things. Do I want to do it? Does it fit in with my frame? If yes to both, I do it. Never underestimate the power of doing something nice. For instance, picking her up and taking her out to a nice dinner, saying you miss her, can be extremely powerful after lots of typical TRP stuff. But don't make a habit out of it. Swallowing TRP doesn't have to make you a jerk. Just be a smart man, and don't get taken advantage of.
/r/TheRedPill07/12/16 01:11 PM

To my knowledge, no. He has had his moments where he just "has to have her" and begs for it.

Good point. Not really a huge concern, though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
