Boxing adds discipline into my life, I wake up early to run and train 3-4 times a week with my coach. The biggest thing boxing offers me though is confidence. When you get to a level where you spar, you'll be scared before getting into the ring. Once you fight someone though, you overcome it and feel better as a person.
