July 21 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadYeah, I've realized that I should use my strengths to my advantage and work to improve my weaknesses. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/07/17 04:15 PM
July 21 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadI think denying having aspergers doesn't help me. I think it's better to accept what you have and work to improve it. I'm not succumbing to a victim mentality either. That was just a phase and now I'm working to improve my life. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/07/17 04:14 PM
July 21 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadThis week was a disaster. AFter learning that I most likely have aspergers, I went into a depressive mood. Luckily, I got obsessed over putting together a plan for improving myself so that I can function better/integrate into society. Didn't go to the gym or work on my usual goals this week. My plan involves therapy/supplements/medicatons so that I can achieve my goals in life.. I've also been thinking about the future and am exploring a career in the military? Any advice in that regard? What ar… | /r/TheRedPill | 21/07/17 04:15 PM
askTRP Megathread July 19How Redpill can you be with aspergers? Ever since I got help, I've been trying to figure out wtf is wrong with me and I think I've figured out what I have. Aspergers isn't just social difficulties but things like senses too strong, repetitive behaviours, obsessive interests, physical clumsiness etc. and I have all of those. So how do I improve? I am going to get help IRL and I am grateful that I discovered TRP because this is something normal people intuitively know but don't speak because of PC… | /r/TheRedPill | 20/07/17 11:13 AM
July 14 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadNah, my friends made me try weed/hash once and I guess that turned me off from trying it. It made me super anxious and made my head hurt. I bought melatonin and I hope it will help my sleep. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/07/17 06:01 PM
July 14 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadYeah, my doctor gave me some tips to help with sleep but I'm not sure if I'll be able to implement them. Here's what he said: No heavy exercise after 4 (My gym opens at four which means I'll have to go in the morning) No screens after 7 (Everyone's on social media at night and I feel like I'll miss out on everything that's happening) | /r/TheRedPill | 16/07/17 09:21 AM
The Power of Chewing GumI thought this was going to be a post on how chewing gum improves your jawline. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/07/17 04:20 PM
July 14 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadSuccess: Exercised daily/alternating bw gym and cardio - noticed that I am getting leaner - put up a shirtless selfie on whatsapp and getting a lot of compliments on it. Being lean makes you look bigger than you are in pictures. People who haven't seen me IRL say that I shouldn't get any bigger when I'm just 140 lbs. Meditated 30m daily - helps balance emotions - keep depression/anxiety away - concentrate better - going to up this to 1 hour now. Ate healthy everyday - I've developed a meal plan … | /r/TheRedPill | 14/07/17 04:03 PM
Women will never forgive you for your lack of SMV.The grooming is just about cleaning them up not making them thin. Example The castor/coconut oil is for making them thick. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/07/17 03:43 PM

How to start and maintain a conversation with strangers? Are light-hearted comments about the environment a good way to keep a conversation going when you've first met a person? | /r/askTRP | 11/07/17 03:12 PM
Women will never forgive you for your lack of SMV.I think of it like my body is trying to fulfil it's evolutionary purpose and since I can't jerk off. I Have to find ways to attract women in real life thus the change in vibe. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/07/17 09:19 PM
Women will never forgive you for your lack of SMV.Yeah, I think I might have went a bit overboard there. Steroids are just useful to attain your goal body quicker. Of course one should research everything properly and aim to minimise Any risk when taking them. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/07/17 09:18 PM
Women will never forgive you for your lack of SMV.The part about men respecting you and enjoying your company more might have something to do with pheromones though I'm not too aware of the science behind that. You just motivated me to give NoFap a try for a month. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/07/17 06:22 PM
Women will never forgive you for your lack of SMV.A couple tips to improve your facial aesthetics: Get a haircut that suits you Have a skincare routine and eat fruits and vegetables for better skin Build muscle/lose fat - losing fat chiselles your features and building muscle helps fill your face out more. Get a tan or lighten your skin depending on where you live. Groom your eyebrows (look-up tutorials on utube) I am still testing this out (found this On TRP) - castor oil and coconut oil. Using them both at night on my eyebrows/eyelashes and h… | /r/TheRedPill | 10/07/17 06:03 PM
Guide for better Group Conversations - BeginnerDefinitely a good post. Group conversations are one of my weaknesses. I am often not good at comebacks and think people are just trying to be rude. Reading about shit tests in the sidebar was an eye-opener for me and learning that everyone shit tests(even guys). | /r/TheRedPill | 10/07/17 05:55 PM
July 07 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadGood: Cardio 3xweek Succeeded with Nofap for 4 days Meditated 30 minutes daily Saw a psychiatrist and finally discovered I have Borderline Personality Disorder. Currently on a Mood Stabiliser which is really helping though I don't know if Giving up my "highs" just to be normal is something to be proud of. My academic performance and relationships were being hurt by this so I guess it is for the better. Trying to develop closer friendships with certain people and working on some of my issues in p… | /r/TheRedPill | 07/07/17 09:41 PM
askTRP Megathread July 05My last question got downvoted and I'm pretty sure this will be aswell but I wanted to ask what is TRP's stance on medication. I am on an anti-depressant and mood stabiliser for what I suspect is Borderline Personality disorder. My moods are way better now and I would not be hesistant continuing this as long as I have to. I don't want this to be a crutch though and am going to try to learn DBT skills on my own and work through a CBT workbook. Anything else I should do? i | /r/TheRedPill | 07/07/17 09:36 PM
askTRP Megathread July 05Do you live a high-stress lifestyle? Belly fat is often due to stress. Eat pretty healthy is vague. Do you count calories/macros? Make sure you're eating in a caloric deficit. | /r/TheRedPill | 05/07/17 11:28 PM
askTRP Megathread July 05What is TRP's stance on personality disorders. I've been reading up on them a lot and I Am pretty sure I have Avoidant Personality disorder w/ maladaptive daydreaming traits. I know you can't really self-diagnose this but my entire life just makes so much sense when I read that wikipedia article on Avoidant Personality disorder. I am on an SSRI right now which is REALLY HELPING me with anxiety and my thoughts but the Avoidant in me just expresses itself differently and I am thinking of therapy. … | /r/TheRedPill | 05/07/17 11:16 PM
June 30 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadI think the best thing is to not overthink it. I've tried to start running ever since I was a child but always thought I had to stick to a program or I wouldn't progress. Realised that a program doesn't matter much and consistency and showing up and putting it quality effort counts way much more. If running is too hard, try walking, that's what I started with before. I use a treadmill because I like to keep track of speed/distance and time. Start slow and try to increase speed/time every session… | /r/TheRedPill | 05/07/17 10:59 PM
June 30 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadYeah, I don't take Xanax anymore. I am definitely going to try melatonin as it helped me fix my sleep cycle when school started. Have you tried Magnesium? I used to take ZMA before sleep and it helped me fall asleep, plus it really improved my sleep quality. Also it boosts testosterone so that's another benefit of it. | /r/TheRedPill | 03/07/17 10:56 PM
June 30 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadSaw a doctor for my anxiety/depression issues Exercised everyday alternating between bodyweight exercises and cardio (don't have access to a gym right now). Feel really awesome after a run which helps with depression Talked to 5 strangers Ate at maintenance and mostly healthy foods. Took Vitamin D3 supplement everyday since I don't get much sunlight and a deficiency in it might be a cause of my anxiety/depression/low testosterone. x Failed a bit with the studying since I seem to lack focus, and … | /r/TheRedPill | 30/06/17 11:44 PM
Can you become a confident extrovert if you've been a shy loner through childhood/adolescence?Yeah, I've not been very social for about one year or so and I realised that I've developed some odd mannerisms which I was looking to correct but even when I was going out a lot, I seemed to be really reserved. Do you know any good resources on body language? I try to stand up straighter but it just seems uncomfortable. Any exercises or stretches I should try? | /r/askTRP | 29/06/17 09:53 PM
Can you become a confident extrovert if you've been a shy loner through childhood/adolescence?So, I should just focus on looking as attractive as possible and talk to everyone so that I become less shy and learn good social skills. But I should not try to "fake" being something I'm not? | /r/askTRP | 29/06/17 09:19 PM
TRP and social isolation made me hate everybody, and fucked up my social skills so that it ruins my lifeWhat are your goals in life? If you don't have any then set some in all areas of your life (physical, spiritual, mental, emotional). This will help you get out of that negative rut you've gotten yourself into. If you're depressed, then get your testosterone and vitamin d levels checked. Check if you have any vitamin and mineral deficiencies. You should also talk to a psychiatrist and get on some medication. | /r/askTRP | 23/06/17 11:22 PM
