5	Feminism has hijacked International Men's Day Well in my case, my dad passed away three years back. I didn't cry during my father's funeral and for some days after the funeral as well. I was being "strong" for my mom and sis by not crying etc. I was running around arranging stuffs when actually I should have been grieving. I regret that and because I didn't cry it bottled up inside me and took a lot of tries to finally get it all out. There had been a lot of examples but this one came to my mind quickly. 5	Feminism has hijacked International Men's Day Sorry, I would like to disagree with you. Men's health is the least talked about esp mental health. It's important that we spread awareness about the same. I personally live in a society where any emotional side shown by men is shunned. We are expected not to cry, to be strong all the times. It's good in the short term as it helps in projecting strength, however in the long term it will end up screwing us from the inside.
