That's really good actually, if she makes you nervous, just focus on getting comfortable around her and densentizing yourself to that beauty. It helps a ton in the long run. Plus it makes it easier for other women that come off super attractive to you. It's like a reverse domino effect. You can't lose.

Honestly, this is what I started doing recently. I'm 32 and 4 semester in college right now and purely focused on talking to women, especially the cuter/hotter ones. genuinely talking to them and asking questions and understanding and listening. Getting used to the tension and so forth. It's been a bit slow since I'm a CS student and going to the library, being exposed to all kinds of girls/women help a ton too. It's a slow process but I suspect this path is the way. Social currency is king but …

Just a thought here, watch "Tension Is the CATALYST for Change - The Fearless Integrated Man Summit" by The Fearless Man. He describes a really interesting approach to talking to women and getting better and better to the point where you can ask for a phone number and potentially getting a yes and maybe getting a date. He also describes many of the problems we face that we are not aware off when we do approach women. It's over an hour long but I strongly recommend you watch it entirely.

I just want a normal fwb or gf/bf relationship without having to deal with this bullshit. What do you want? Do you want something casual or do you want a committed relationship? Do you want to have a lot of sex with different women? Define that first.

When you are approaching women, are you maintaining eye contact and grounding yourself when you talk to them? or are you looking around when you are talking. What do you feel when you talk to them. I say this because being able to connect with someone is far more important than anything else even if losing weight can only benefit you. You might be approaching but your body language might be telling them differently than what your words are doing.

How are you talking to them, are you maintaining eye contact when you two talk or are you looking around 90% of the time when talking. And are you connecting with the girls?

There is a video by a guy called Brian Begins, Tension is the catalyst for change. I’m being serious right now, if you want to succeed in this area of your life, I strongly recommend you watch that video in its entirely. It’s almost an hour long but we’ll worth it. But ultimately, maintain eye contact, if you feel nervous don’t run away from it, he’ll maybe even tell the person your nervous and then say whatever you want. Allow your body to get used to feeling tension. Once that’s done you’ll fe…

Exactly, establish connection first, everything else comes second

As I get better in certain areas of my life, the more I realized what I missed out on during High school and a bit of college. I just recently got my license at 26, and after facing my fear of driving all I think is, "Why didn't I get out of the way sooner?". But you have to realize that at least you learned from your mistakes and got better. I've seen some men who just keep repeating the same mistake and never learning from it and they become very bitter about life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
