What would you guys do? Cut, Bulk or Lean Bulk? Pictures inside.Pull ups, Lat Pulldowns, Rows, Deadlifts, etc...? | /r/askTRP | 25/09/18 07:10 PM
Lifting and the time excuseYou can't really get much better for overall growth of yourself through lifting, that time excuse is such bullshit considering how much the average person sits on their ass watching the Office on repeat every night. It helps you grow physically and mentally, committing to something and doing it everyday helps you stick to other life goals. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/08/18 02:47 PM
Something like a field reportso gentlemen: if you notice your ltr starts doing these kind of things, or says stuff like she wants to find her self or what not: RUN I think the main sign here is if your LTR over the age of 25 is going out to clubs lmao | /r/TheRedPill | 06/08/18 05:07 PM
Came to one of the biggest realizations of my life. My friends aren’t really my friends. DamnSounds like you need to work on yourself instead of trying to "make friends". The reality is no one owes you shit, and 99% of the time the only reason why friendships are formed because each party finds the other useful to some degree. Fuck seeking validation from random people. Keep lifting, focus on school, and just improving yourself and all that shit will come on its own. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/08/18 01:28 PM
The Essence of Self EsteemI feel like most of this can be achieved through lifting, or at least the self esteem gained through lifting can help to kick start your self esteem on other fronts such as with women or your career. There really isn't any rational excuse to not start lifting either. | /r/TheRedPill | 31/07/18 07:00 PM
